    Q: Dasani water, if I remember correctly, was banned from the U.K. It contains salt as well as potassium chloride. Essentia contains calcium chloride, as well as sodium bicarbonate, magnesium sulfate, dipotassium phosphate. Are all the ingredients in Essentia safe? One would have do an independent test on the water. Dasani is crap and I no longer drink Essentia but it would be my brand of choice of bottled water if I was to purchase water again.

    Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this? I am in my mid 30s, and feel as though I am going through alziehmers (growing forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, foggy thinking, ADHD, hypersensetivity to noises so as to find it almost impossible to concentrate).     Q: Sorry to bother you again but you are a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate all your information you give us. I am 44yrs old and have 20 pounds to lose. After I quit taking EHEDRINE I started gaining my weight back. I use to take EPHEDRINE to keep the weight off and no longer am able to order it in my state of Minnesota because it is banned. So I ordered some EPHDRA POWDER in hopes it would do the same for me as the ephedrine did but the ephdra powder doesn't SUPPRESS MY APPETITE like the ephedrine tablets did. I was wondering what I could add to the powder to bring out the appetite suppressant qualities in the ephdra powder. I have tried to brew it with my coffee and that hasn't helped either.     You're giving external factors too much power over you. Things never heal us, only placate us. Truly answers lie within. What did Ephedrine have that God did not put in you? Forget about keeping weight off, instead focus on maintaining your desired weight. Why do you need to suppress your appetite? What you suppress in one area will manifest in another area.     Q: I have metal fillings in my mouth do I have to stay that way or can my teeth grow back. I heard that there are commercial mouthwashes that can grow teeth, but I want the natural way.

    The metal can be removed. However, it will take a very long time for the teeth to grow back or heal, but it can be done! A commercial mouthwash is unnatural and an unnatural thing cannot help the teeth grow back.

    Basically, you would just reverse the times you take the formulas. Instead of starting at 7 a.m., you'd start at 7 p.m. (or whenever you start your day or night). Just flip flop the time schedule. Plenty of people do this, those that work night shifts.

    Q: Greetings, On May 10th 2003, I was attacked while on my job and I suffered injuries to the lumbar and to the cervical spine. I was given pain management therapy (cortizone) in massive doses; about 18+ injections over a 3-week period in October of the same year. By Thanksgiving, 2003, I was admitted into hospital with blood sugar levels of 800+! While thyroid issues have exhibited in the family, there is no history of diabetes on either the maternal or paternal sides of my family, niether is there any sign of the disease in any of my other 11 siblings, the youngest of which is 40+. At one point, the symptoms of the diabetes dissapeared for 2 years, and reappeared in January of 2007. I am not overweight, nor do I have eccesive body fat. I work out every day with weights, and have the appearance of a body builder, although not excessive. I walk about 3-5 miles every day and have consistently low blood pressure levels, much to the surprise of my doctors. I have and excellent diet; mostly consisting of fresh vegetables and skinless broiled chicken and fish. Some beef with the marble trimmed. I have a normal stool consisting of solid waste, and regularly. I have long suggested that my pancreatic duct(s) are blocked and after reading some of the literature on your website, I am even surer of it. Although the levels lately are starting to stabilize again, I am taking this synthetic insulin, about 3-4 units in the mornings, and before dinner, and about 10-16 units of the overnite insulin. Being well muscled, and not overweight therefore not needing to lose weight, and being totally active, What are my options in assisting me to unblock the pancreatic ducts of what I believe to be the cortizone, as I have spoken to others with the same situation, so that my pancreas may better function?     Q: I am on my 3rd day of the fully body cleansing. I am definitely doing this to lose weight. I am a 52 year old, black, Christian, wife, mother to 21 and 14 year old girls, legal secretary who is 450 lbs. I am to the point now where if I don't do this I'm going to be housebound. I can barely move some days that is why I started this because I feel so unhealthy. I have a question about the nuts. I got all gun-ho and ordered $135.00 worth of organic nuts from nuts.com. I got raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, pecans, pistachios and cashews and mixed them all up together (well I purchased 2 lbs of each but I only mixed up 1 lb of each together). Anyway, I was reading about how much calories are in nuts. Should I not pay attention to that because I was consuming a lot of calories in the first place or do I have to watch how many nuts I eat? I have put some nuts in a sandwich bags and basically filled it up and that is supposed to be my nuts ration for the day. I am also eating fruits and vegetables. So far the fruit have been grapes, grapefruit, red apples, pears, green apples and bananas. The vegetables have all been in a salad: tomatoes, celery spinach leaves, carrots, mixed in balsamic vinaigrette. I only ate the salad Monday night all the other times I have just eaten the fruit and nuts. I am also consuming approximately 75-100 oz of water. Sorry I’m long winded I just wanted you to get the entire picture.

    Nuts are best kept to a minimum if you use them at all. Nuts are extremely high in fat and have the opposite omega 3- omega 6 ratio that is optimal for health. Seeds are best as far as ratios are concerned. Also nuts are truly easy to over eat and cause your nutrient ratios to be off.

     

    A healthy vegan diet is a high raw fruitarian diet. 

    Example:

    Breakfast: green smoothie. (500-1000 calories of fruits blended with a handful of greens and water)

    Bridge: Dates and strawberries (500 calories) 

    Lunch: Salad with low sugar fruits (cucumber, tomato, squash, bell peppers) topped with fruit, beans, psuedo grains, 

    Bridge: 2-3 apples

    Dinner: Raw wraps (collard greens) with low sugar fruit and tahini

    Snack: Sorbet
