Q: Can I do a 45-minute cardio while doing the Full Body Cleanse? The Doctor claims I am a Type II Diabetic and I have decided to cleanse and then do the Pancreas Cleanse as well. I want to workout to tone up!!! Just wondering if I will have enough energy to continue to workout...I am doing cardio 4 x a week for 45 minutes.
A: You can still exercise while doing the cleanse, but we suggest only engaging in the light cardio instead of any intense workouts. Because you're on an adjusted diet that consists of mainly fruits and vegetables, you may burn through the foods faster as opposed to when you workout while consuming carbs or starchy foods. You can drink Green Tea for a boost of energy or consume raw foods that provides a natural source of energy. Foods that provide you with more energy include bananas, spinach, citrus fruits like grapefruits and oranges, apples, almonds and lemons.

It's best to keep exercise to a minimum. When you exercise your body pulls blood away from your core and into your limbs (fight or flight response). That directs blood away from your healing response. Also high impact or weight training requires more calories and more protein which will over work the organs that should be using their energy healing.

Q: Yeah it does seem like it would be a lot of pills to take to do a Full Body Cleanse one time...plus the longer term would probably be more effective I would think. I think I have just one more question here and that would be about the Anti-viral kit and the Parasite & Worm Cleanse. As I read they go hand in hand the Anti-viral Kit cleans up blood and Parasite & Worm Cleanse cleans up organs and tissues if I read it right and remember it correctly. My question is which would be first?? My guess would be clean up the blood first since that is constantly pumping around nasties if it?s already full of poisons. The body can only move so much out at one time and if the blood is full of poisons it would be hard for your body to get the poisons out of the organs and transport it out of the body. Yes, aim for the blood first. But know this, all of our kits are going to cleanse the blood and work on the organs. Some are just more geared toward certain organs and systems, that's all.

Q: Peace, I am very interested in using your products. However, I want to be sure that I am on the right track. I have a serious problem eliminating waste from my body. My bowels do not move naturally. I have to take something to get any movement. Recently, I visited with a Chinese Herbalist who informed me that I "had" a weak spleen. Your body does not like rapid changes in weight and will fight you along the way. These are called plateaus. It's too early to panic and by the time you get this email I am pretty sure your weight will have shifted again. You cannot spot lose weight. Your body picks and chooses where it gains weight and where it loses weight. sometimes they aren't the same places.

Fitness for weight loss is interval cardio training and circuit weight training.
Example of both would be:
Interval training on bike.
3 minute warmup
30 seconds of high speed
1 minute of recovery

Circuit training (five rounds-1 minute rest in between rounds)
Mountain climbers x 20
Pushups x 20
Squats x 20
Bent over rows x 15
Crunches x 25

Q: I recently started a natural breast enhancement routine. I am using fenugreek seed, mint tea, and licorice. After I purchased the licorice, I noticed you can only take it for 4 - 6 weeks. Q: I'm doing the Full Body Cleanse and I have a few questions about it: I get tired of drinking just the distilled water and I'd like to drink the herbal teas, but I don't like it by itself. Would it mess things up to add a pack or two of Splenda to my tea or maybe honey? I can't stand the salads with the olive oil or apple cider vinegar or the lemon juice as dressing and it makes me gag. I have To have some sort of salad dressing. What kind would be suitable? Do I look for sugar-free? Or organic and natural? I found one that is organic and natural, but it has 3 grams of sugar in it. Without eating all my whole grained breads and other fiber, I haven't had much of a bowel movement in 3 days, should I wait a while yet? 1. Instead of splenda, use agave, stevia, or grade b maple syrup as a sweetener.
2. In re Salad Dressing, an organic and natural one is great. You can also check our website for salad dressing recipes.
