Q: Hello Mr. DHerbs. I am writing because I have eczema on my neck, back, arms, stomach and toes. I have suffered with this for years & I cannot get rid of it. Also I have a stomach that I am having trouble to get flat. Can you please help me. I am a 37 yr old black female that would just like to feel healthy, I don't drink or smoke and I try to eat healthy most of the time, so what am I doing wrong?. Please give me your advice. Thank you very much.
Q: Hello I was wondering if it was anything I could take at home or go get from the store to help with a STD or bacterial infection??? I went to the doctor but that medicine just made me sick and I was allergic to it...
Drink as much water to flush your system out until you can order the necessary herbal products. Drink aloe vera juice (mornings) as well as cranberry juice (unsweetened) in the afternoons.
Q: I am 6'0 starting day 1 at 246, on day 4, I hit 236. But for 3 days I am at the same weight. Do I need to workout to lose more weight, if so what are some good workouts for my body type. Most of my weight is in the midsection.
Hi, thanks for the question.
Your body does not like rapid changes in weight and will fight you along the way. These are called plateaus. It's too early to panic and by the time you get this email I am pretty sure your weight will have shifted again. You cannot spot lose weight. Your body picks and chooses where it gains weight and where it loses weight. sometimes they aren't the same places.
Working out always helps the process. Here is a blog I wrote, Three Successful Fitness Habits for Sustained Weight, on three successful habits for sustained weight loss.
Fitness for weight loss is interval cardio training and circuit weight training.
Example of both would be:
Interval training on bike.
3 minute warmup
30 seconds of high speed
1 minute of recovery
repeat for 15 minutes till 30 minutes.
Circuit training (five rounds-1 minute rest in between rounds)
Mountain climbers x 20
Pushups x 20
Squats x 20
Bent over rows x 15
Crunches x 25
Without knowing your body type, sports history, and health history I cannot recommend any specific exercise. I run a highly successful internet fitness/health coaching company www.theveganeffect.com. If you would like a free consultation you can fill out the health history form on the main page and I will have one of my fitness coaches contact you.
Hope this helps,

Q: I really love what you're doing and you have a brilliant approach in getting the information out to the masses. I just finished watching your youtube footage. Very Nice! I am a Kung-Fu Martial Artist and I've been experiencing discomfort in my knees. I workout regularly. Is there any recommendation you could give me to quiet this discomfort and help restore my body, because my muscles are often sore.
Thank you for your acknowledgment, Beloved! Much obliged! Metaphysics: Emotionally, the knees (knee pain) refelcts inflexibility in your perception of the future. It occurs more often in those with an arrogant or stubborn personality, who are unable to bend to new ideas or to the ideas of others. Physical: Knee pain denotes inflammation and should be treated immediately. I recommend Dherbs.Com HEADACHE AND PAIN FORMULA, JOINT FORMULA, ACID BUSTER, MSM SULFUR, and ENZYMES FORMULA. Rub a natural salve product on your knees too (or essential oil of Eucalyptus and Peppermint). Rub knees daily with these oils. Apply olive oil on the knees first before you rub in these 2 oils.
Q: At age 15 I started getting cysts in my sweat glands (under arms, under breasts, groin area). Doctors treated me with antibiotics and creams over the years... it left so much scar tissue...Around age 23 I had my sweat glands removed and at that time I was diagnosed with HS (Hydra denitus supporativa)... the problem went away for about a year, and eventually moved to another place (the groin).. seems to flare up monthly during my menstrual cycle.. Since then, I was diagnosed with kidney disease, I am a dialysis patient with High blood pressure, high cholesterol.. I am on at least 6 medications to regulate my blood pressure, cholesterol, potassium, and phosphorous levels.. Due to all these changes, my libido is extremely low and almost nonexistent.. I have a hard time achieving a climax with my partner...I am married with 3 young children... I've considered weight loss surgery as a way to finally get my weight under control as it has been a huge issue for the last 10 years. What can you recommend that I can take to detox and cleanse myself of all my health issues?? Is there really anything out there to help my situation??
Q: Yes coconut oil maybe natural but I go thru 3-4 jars per week, 1-1/2 a jar a day, not only is it making me broke out I do not think all that saturated fat is good for me. I know I lack a lot of protein and other vitamins in my diet. Could this lack of essential nutrition cause this weird craving? I don't know if it is the massive loss of blood due to the fibroids.
I think you know the answer for yourself. Therefore, stop eating the coconut oil. Take some vitamins and minerals and see if this helps. Sounds like PICA, a nutritional deficiency which causes cravings. Blood loss most certainly will cause loss of nutrients.
Q: I would like to know if you all have a herb that will help sebaceous cyst. My spouse have these growing on his scalp and under his arms. please contact me with a answer
Q: Can I do a 45-minute cardio while doing the Full Body Cleanse? The Doctor claims I am a Type II Diabetic and I have decided to cleanse and then do the Pancreas Cleanse as well. I want to workout to tone up!!! Just wondering if I will have enough energy to continue to workout...I am doing cardio 4 x a week for 45 minutes.
A: You can still exercise while doing the cleanse, but we suggest only engaging in the light cardio instead of any intense workouts. Because you're on an adjusted diet that consists of mainly fruits and vegetables, you may burn through the foods faster as opposed to when you workout while consuming carbs or starchy foods. You can drink Green Tea for a boost of energy or consume raw foods that provides a natural source of energy. Foods that provide you with more energy include bananas, spinach, citrus fruits like grapefruits and oranges, apples, almonds and lemons.
Q: What type of exercise is good for working out while on the Full Body Detox program? I'm afraid I won't have much energy and stamina for a high impact workout on a raw food diet. Any suggestions???
Thanks for the question,
· Light resistance training
It's best to keep exercise to a minimum. When you exercise your body pulls blood away from your core and into your limbs (fight or flight response). That directs blood away from your healing response. Also high impact or weight training requires more calories and more protein which will over work the organs that should be using their energy healing.

Q: Hello, I was wondering if you could suggest an at home colon cleanse that is inexpensive. To be honest with you, I am really on a tight budget right now, and can't afford yours right now. I have heard people say they use Metamucil 2 times a day to cleanse their colon. Could you please advise me if this will work, or something that will?
Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this? I am in my mid 30s, and feel as though I am going through alziehmers (growing forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, foggy thinking, ADHD, hypersensetivity to noises so as to find it almost impossible to concentrate). I have my "Back to Eden" Book, I will continue digging for answers there too.
Don't look for answers or solutions primarily from sources outside of the body. There are herbs, but first use your mind. Mental healing! will your healing into fruition. Good herbs that will assist include Gingko Biloba, Ginseng (all types), and Gotu Kola. Dherbs.com Brain Tuner, CNS, and Ethereal Bliss are also helpful for your condition.
Q: YOU ARE PROBABLY WELL AWARE RIGHTNOW THAT I'M 45 AND I HAVE FIBROIDS. FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS I HAVE HAD A COCONUT OIL CRAVING. DO YOU KNOW WHAT I MAYBE LACKING WHY I CRAVE COCONUT OIL. I LIKE TO FREEZE IT AND THEN CRUNCH ON IT IN ITS SOLID STATE. I KNOW IT SOUNDS STRANGE BUT I STARTED THIS HABIT ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO. I DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS THE MASSIVE BLOOD LOSS DUE TO FIBROIDS, THAT HAS RESULTED IN THIS WEIRD CRAVING. I JUST DONT TAKE ONE TBSP, I TAKE ALOT MORE AND I CANT, AFFORD IT AND I KNOW THAT THIS HABIT IS NOT GOOD FOR ME.
I don't know the exact reasons why you are craving frozen coconut oil but clearly you are lacking something and your Body Intelligence instructed you to eat frozen coconut oil. The oil is perhaps serving as a vehicle for the fibroid debris so as to pull what debris it can out of your body. Coconut oil is natural so I don't see anything wrong with your newfound custom. As long as you're fine with it, keep doing it.
Q: I have a question though, I am having a burning sensation in my head and nasal cavities along with my headaches. And in other random areas like arms, legs. Do you have any clue what this is or have you heard of this before?
Sounds like inflammation! The FULL BODY DETOX is going to help. I won't be able to pinpoint the cause exactly absent a consultation to acquire necessary information.
Q: What can I take to help with hives? I have hives and swelling on my arms, legs and feet. Please help.
Hives is a blood disease so concentrate on your blood. First perform the FULL BODY DETOX and make sure to perform the â€SEA SALT SOAK†(see "articles") while performing the Detox. Do this for starters and then contact us again after you perform the detox. We should have an article on "Hives" very soon that will detail all that you need to do.
Q: I'm interested in buying your products but I'm not sure which will be the appropriate one for me. I have a skin condition, which has gotten worse over the years; I have small pimples with white dots all over my arms, elbows, and now it has spread to my stomach, thighs, and buttocks. I suffer from constant constipation and I had a toxic mega colon and my appendix was removed as well. I think the reason why I am having so many problems with my skin is due to the chronic constipation I have had since I was very little. Please let me know which products I should use.
Q: My Dad is 90 and in a nursing home. He has been diagnosed with Papilloma in his mouth. He cannot wear his dentures and these wort like things are growing in his mouth. At this time it has not been cancerous. I believe a good cleansing would help him, but what can I get for them to give him there. I would have to get the Dr. there to allow the nurses to administer it to him. Also, I?ve you heard of the detoxification that is done by a foot cleansing, which is done by putting the feet in water with an electrical strip which has a mineral in the water that after about thirty minutes cleanses the body. I have had the experience and it is unbelievable what is removed from the body. My son, has liver was completely cleansed by this in three weeks. Do you think this might help Dad. I have been thinking about buying one of these machines and taking it there and trying it. If you have heard of this, can you recommend any one that is better than another. Also, any recommendations for herbs, etc. Thank you for any help you have for Dad. (He also has diabetes)
Dad needs a serious cleansing! Especially his colon of which the mouth is connected as a part of the alimentary canal. If he has trouble swallowing capsules, our liquid Full Body Cleanse would be ideal for him (in addition to some of our new great teas).
The foot detox works wonders. This is a powerful way to detox the body.
Q: Is it healthy getting more built in less than a week? My brother works out, and he's been getting more and more muscular. He is lifting weights and going to the gym. In just a week his arms grew much much more, and he does eat meat.
Undergoing any health or body changes within less than a week isn't good. Your body needs time to process change. Gradual steps are the easiest way to introduce your body to change whether it's a new diets, exercising or muscle building.
Q: My daughter of 21 months has developed what's called baby eczema on her both her arms near the elbows, her wrist, and face. We would really like to heal her from this condition. She itches, and it's hard to have her avoid this. Do you have any advisory for us in healing baby eczema? Btw, we're in Los Angeles as well. Do you have a storefront that we can visit?
What is the baby eating (consuming) daily? Was she on formula milk? I would recommend giving the baby our BLOOD AND LYMPHATIC TEA to drink (add maple syrup and a lemon juice) in a bottle and apply HEALING SKIN OIL to her skin daily. Read our article entitled "ECZEMA" located in our "Articles" department. Good information!
