    Q: Can I do a 45-minute cardio while doing the Full Body Cleanse? The Doctor claims I am a Type II Diabetic and I have decided to cleanse and then do the Pancreas Cleanse as well.     A: You can still exercise while doing the cleanse, but we suggest only engaging in the light cardio instead of any intense workouts.  Because you're on an adjusted diet that consists of mainly fruits and vegetables, you may burn through the foods faster as opposed to when you workout while consuming carbs or starchy foods.  You can drink Green Tea for a boost of energy or consume raw foods that provides a natural source of energy.  Foods that provide you with more energy include bananas, spinach, citrus fruits like grapefruits and oranges, apples, almonds and lemons.

    Q: Hi, I am interested in your raw foods detox however, I am in the gym 6 days a week doing spinning, other cardio & weight training, will I be able to continue with my normal fitness routine during detox?

    Detoxing and fitness. 

    The best way to detox your body is to give it the tools and time necessary to clean house. There are many types of detoxes and many avenues for fitness. The best way to detox is to rest the body while giving it the cleanest foods and herbs. However, some light forms of exercise like yoga, swimming, jogging, pilates are acceptable because they are light and won't require the amount of nutrients to repair and replenish. A raw food detox is sublime and is one fantastic step towards a healthier body and mind. I encourage you to try it. 

    What I would do is scale back on the exercise for the length of the detox and have fun! Go hiking and enjoy nature. A light jog instead of a spin class. I guarantee you will not lose strength or endurance during the detox. Intense exercise increases the bodies need for nutrients and protein. 

    Imagine if you will you have a desk at work. And work keeps piling up and no matter how  you try to efficiently make it through you can't seem to get ahead. What detoxing is designed to do is give yourself the time to clean your desk. The most efficiently way for that to happen is to stop the work from coming in. Heavy exercise may increase your workload. You want your body to be in a cleaning mode and not a repair mode.

    Again I would continue exercises that are light and stimulating. You want increased blood flow and you want to aid you lymph system to pump efficiently. 

    Lastly, if you are training for an event it may not be the best time to detox. Detoxing symptoms can throw you off your game. Best time to detox is the off season.

    Q: I am 27 years old, 5'7", 125 lbs. I'm in good health; I haven't had any major health problems. The only health complaint I have is horrible menstrual cycles.     Q: Hello, I finished taking the Full Body Detox and I am currently taking Total Male Cleanse for my urethritis. My question is about your STD-Rid product. How differently does this work from Total Male Cleanse? Would I be able to take 5 pills every four hours? This STD seems like it doesn't want to go away. I'm feeling a lot better, but I still have inflammation in my lower region as well as itching in my penis. Also what would you suggest for something sweet to eat.     Q: I received my TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE and started it yesterday (thank you for prompt delivery). I noticed that the white specks I was passing with the FULL BODY DETOX are even bigger pieces with the TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE. I'm assuming this is still yeast coming out. The first day I started I didn't go at all which is unusual for me but today I went 4 times. The fourth round looked like dark green spinach. Is this from the color of the Colon capsules or is it old matter passing? The magnet in the woman’s cleanse, broke my neck out. I've always had issue with certain metals.     Q: I took the FULL BODY DETOX about a month ago and during my consultation with you, you suggested that I move right into the ANTI-VIRAL CLEANSE AND REGIMEN and then the TOTAL MALE CLEANSE, but I went a couple of weeks in between the full body detox and anti viral kit.     Q: I did the Full Body Detox and it worked great. I went on the Cardio-Vascular, Cholesterol Buster, and the Khemetian Gold, (going on the 3rd week) but my blood pressure and cholesterol are up (went to the Dr. last Friday, BP up (187/102) and today he called me with my cholesterol findings.     How do you feel? This is what counts!

    What are you eating? Are you eating eggs, dairy, and meat products? Don't concentrate on what you don't want (i.e. having to go back on meds). Think about being med free and healthy! Stick with your regimen. It took time to get messed up, it will take time to heal. Healing requires patience!

    It's best to keep exercise to a minimum. When you exercise your body pulls blood away from your core and into your limbs (fight or flight response). That directs blood away from your healing response. Also high impact or weight training requires more calories and more protein which will over work the organs that should be using their energy healing.

    Q: I am in dire need of some help. My cardio crp came back high 6.2 last year. It was a 5.6, the highest it should be is 3.0. Now, they want to put me on drugs. This is something I dont believe in. I'm having very bad leg aches, and 10 years ago I contracted Hepatitis A. I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.     Q: I just purchased the FULL BODY DETOX and I have a question. I work a full time job (office work) and a part time job (cleaning).
