Q: Hello, I'm very interested in your Full Body Cleanse programs, but I'm confused, as to what program would be best for me. I have a lot of trouble with taking herbs in pill or capsule form. It's either extremely hard for me to get them down, or they just pop right back up. We offer a liquid alternative Full Body Liquid Cleanse for those that have trouble swallowing capsules. You may also order the regular Full Body Cleanse and open adn empty the content of the capsules into water or fresh fruit juice.
During the cleanse, we recommend an all RAW FOODS diet. Vegetables should be eaten raw, and not steamed, as to retain their nutritional content.

Q: I have already purchased both FULL BODY DETOX and DHERBS 10-DAY SUPREME COLON CLEANSE. I was going to do the full body first then the colon cleanse as you suggested. I decided I should go ahead and order the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN because; well I want to get rid of as much waste/weight that I can. I feel sluggish, disgusting and toxic!
