Joint cracking can be treated with olive oil (1 teaspoon per day) or the oils you mentioned below, MSM Sulfur, Joint Formula and Calcium Formula, Black Cherry Juice concentrate (1 teaspoon added to cup of water, 2-3 times weekly); bathe in hot water, sea salt (1-2 boxes); and start stretching/moving the joints.
Change his diet - more fruits and green veggies! Cut out or cut down on the meat, dairy, refined grains and starches.

You may have problems with herbs individually but our herbs are BALANCED due to the combination and so you wouldn't have a problem with the FULL BODY DETOX (because no one individual herbs stands out in a formula).

Q: I read on your website that you can naturally dissolve plaque through the 10 Day Electric Green Cell Food Cleanse. My question is, if I were to eat pure organic spirulina, teaspoon after teaspoon throughout everyday. Would that dissolve arterial plaque? What would this do?

You are free to eat as you please via free will. But we suggest the eating recommendations for a reason. The oats are okay (except they create mucus) and the Ivy's Drink is okay (nothing adverse to the cleanse)and sounds like a pretty healthy tonic.
Q: I am taking more than 20-30 herbal supplements a day and am wondering if it's okay to mix or take all of them at the same time. They are mostly in gelatin capsules. I am concerned that too much gelatin is bad for me too!
You are overloading your body! Spread those supplements out throughout your day. Take 6 of them at a time every 3 hours or so. This is best for your body!

Basically, you would just reverse the times you take the formulas. Instead of starting at 7 a.m., you'd start at 7 p.m. (or whenever you start your day or night). Just flip flop the time schedule. Plenty of people do this, those that work night shifts.

Q: I am on my 3rd day of the fully body cleansing. I am definitely doing this to lose weight. Anyway, I was reading about how much calories are in nuts. Should I not pay attention to that because I was consuming a lot of calories in the first place or do I have to watch how many nuts I eat? I have put some nuts in a sandwich bags and basically filled it up and that is supposed to be my nuts ration for the day. I am also eating fruits and vegetables. So far the fruit have been grapes, grapefruit, red apples, pears, green apples and bananas. The vegetables have all been in a salad: tomatoes, celery spinach leaves, carrots, mixed in balsamic vinaigrette. I only ate the salad Monday night all the other times I have just eaten the fruit and nuts. I am also consuming approximately 75-100 oz of water. Nuts are best kept to a minimum if you use them at all. Nuts are extremely high in fat and have the opposite omega 3- omega 6 ratio that is optimal for health. Seeds are best as far as ratios are concerned. Also nuts are truly easy to over eat and cause your nutrient ratios to be off.
A healthy vegan diet is a high raw fruitarian diet.
Breakfast: green smoothie. (500-1000 calories of fruits blended with a handful of greens and water)
Bridge: Dates and strawberries (500 calories)
Lunch: Salad with low sugar fruits (cucumber, tomato, squash, bell peppers) topped with fruit, beans, psuedo grains,
Bridge: 2-3 apples
Dinner: Raw wraps (collard greens) with low sugar fruit and tahini
