    Q: I was wondering if you had any insights as to why I experience "warm flashes" during the luteal phase of my menstrual cycle.     Q: In a magazine called New Life Yoga, it questions if Melatonin is the closest thing to a cure all? It also states that our bodies synthesize it but not in a large quantity if you are a night worker (such as myself). Since it is synthesized highly at night. Being recently diagnosed with cervical cancer do you think I should discuss this with a alternative Dr., because I'm sure that the MD still wants to go ahead and start treatments (radiation and chemo). What is your take on this supplement?

    A:

    Don't put all of your hope into a product (i.e. melatonin) that your body naturally produces. Please read our free health information, especially the article on "CANCER: CAUSES AND REMEDIES" and "WHY WOMEN ARE SO SICK" I'd suggest you begin to detoxify your body (see FULL BODY DETOX and TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE on our site). Please read the article on "THE DANGERS OF CHEMOTHERAPY" as well. Chemo is no joke and will greatly harm the body. God did not make the body with petroleum (chemotherapy).     Q: Is sea salt and warm water a good natural laxative? If so how often do you recommend the use of sea salt for elimination? I was reading The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs and it gives this recommendation, along with drinking lemon water mixed with organic syrup and cayenne pepper. Is it safe to give myself an enema 2xs per day using a hot water bottle filled with fresh squeezed organic lemon and distilled water? Asking this because Bzod had me to listen to 88.3 today here in Cincinnati and the guy (Mike) was telling how he does this regularly and has great results.

    Yes, sea salt in water is a mild laxative!

    You can do it as often as you FEEL the need to drink or take it. 

    You can also consume the Master Cleanse (cayenne, maple syrup, lemon juice) if you choose. You can drink this as much as you like depending on how you feel.

    And yes, you can perform enemas 2X a day! Enemas are very helpful for health!

    Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this? I am in my mid 30s, and feel as though I am going through alziehmers (growing forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, foggy thinking, ADHD, hypersensetivity to noises so as to find it almost impossible to concentrate).     Don't look for answers or solutions primarily from sources outside of the body. There are herbs, but first use your mind. Mental healing! will your healing into fruition.     Q: My mother had a mastectomy about 33 yrs ago and her arm has always been swollen. Now as she becomes older it is getting larger than ever. She takes meds from the doctor, I think they are fluid pills, this doesn’t seem to help and it keeps her running to the restroom so much she doesn't take the full prescription. What do you suggest for her problem? She also has heart problems that limit her from a lot of exercises.

    A:

    Swollen-ness deals with fluid retention and perhaps inflammation. Have her rub carrier oil (olive oil, coconut oil, etc.) on the swollen skin and then rub in some peppermint and/or euclayptus oil (3-4 drops) on top of the carrier oil. Have her soak in hot water and sea salt. Dherbs formulas I recommend are HEADACHE AND PAIN FORMULA , CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM FORMULA, and KIDNEYS AND BLADDER.

    Q: Thank you very much for answering my question about the fibroid herbs and I have ordered your fibroid buster.     Exercises are not really necessary! Just take 3-weeks and perform the Weight Release Kit and Regimen and then once the excess weight is gone, modify your diet (watch what you eat), exercise as often as you can (if you choose to do so), cut out sugars, etc.

    Q: I know about your work from the fellow who had hyper-thyroid and the son with the eye sight problems, info was sent on eye exercises. I would like to know your take on an irregular cycle. I have not had my menestral cycle for the last two months. October & November. I am worried. I am a vegetarian I don't eat any dairy or meats. I do occasionally eat baked salmon once every two months. I don't know if something is terribly wrong or not please let me know all the info you have on this subject.

    Irregular cycle means your hormonal system is out of sync. Read our articles on "menstraution" on our site under "Articles." We break things down within these articles. I would recommend (for starters) you perform the Full Body Detox followed by the Total Woman Cleanse.     Q: I live in London in the UK. I have recently been diagnosed with a full pelvic floor prolapsed after a twin pregnancy. This includes bladder, bowel and rectum. The organs themselves are fine but standard procedure is major surgery which I don't want to go down.     The surgery is unnecessary. My wife experienced uterine prolapsed after our last child 4 months ago and she is 100% healed today. In her case she pushed too hard and that caused the organs to prolapsed. She did undergo surgery.     Q: I am not sure if I am looking to go vegan, but I am doing the weight loss cleanse and do feel a difference in my body. My question is how do I keep up eating raw without getting bored? Can you recommend meal replacements and exercises.

    You should absolutely consider going vegan for your long term health, the health of the planet, and of course sparing countless animals from suffering.     Q: Dear Yogi, I read an article on your site about reverse Kundalini (anal sex). I don't know if you can answer my question or not - originally I was going to pose it to "Ask the Guru", but in my limited understanding, Kundalini is tied into yoga. I have been trying to get balanced by meditating, living my passions, writing, art, and belly dancing all unprofessionally, except for the first one (on a very small scale). I have been doing guided chakra meditations and other things, including yoga, and some dietary modifications. I feel I am gradually growing and living my purpose. However, incrementally starting in my mid forties. Anyway, I have been on this path for a couple of years now, and have more happiness and peace than I ever have. I don't want to get into a lengthy essay about my limited understanding of Kundalini, and the possibility of what I perceive is going on with my body (though I am very healthy) right now, so I will attempt to get to the point. I am grateful for my life. I have much more than many people if I were to measure. I feel like I am still blocked, though. About three years ago I dated a guy who sodomized me one time. He was a rapist, long story short and an error in judgement on my part. Though my intuition was screaming at me the whole time. I look at the experience as pushing me further along my path and teaching me to trust, love, respect myself, and defend my boundaries. What concerns me is that I feel that experience is still trapped within me to a degree, and I am worried that it will manifest into a disease. Often when I meditate on my root chakra I start crying. Part of me believes that I can't force anything, just have to let the process unfold in its own time. There is so much info out there that I find it overwhelming, and it is hard to know which to trust. So I have just been going with what resonates with me as far as technique. If you could offer me any advice, I would be grateful.

    Hello, I would like to first thank you for sharing your story and your experience. It sounds like you are devoting time and attention to the many things, that will help foster a sustained health and healing for you in life. As you have recognized, it is very helpful for us to take intuition very seriously and to honor this innate ability to discern whether a situation will be harmful or beneficial to our growth and experience as humans. Very often the circumstances and challenges presented to us in life, as happened in yours, serve as great teachers in allowing us to witness our own great strength, compassion, and value. I am glad to hear that you have been able to take the very difficult situation you found yourself in and use your experience to create a better understanding of yourself in the process. While it is true that we tend to develop patterns of holding and habitual ways of holding tension within the body; this does not mean that there are not steps you can take to move through such a body, mind, and spirit experience. The fact that you are crying upon meditating on your root chakra is a sign that you have made yourself available to the grief that naturally accompanies traumatic situations such as the one you experienced. Keep in mind that when we deeply grieve, our bodies are able to express the energy that may have potentially been repressed during this experience. The energy of the root chakra is all about our ability to feel safe, strong, and supported. The violation of this energy can leave one feeling ungrounded and striving for our self-preservation. Try not to become fixated on the worries you are having about the experience arising as disease in your body, as worrying can lead to increased levels of chronic stress, which will potentially create an internal environment more vulnerable to disease - which is what you are trying to avoid. It might be nice for you to meditate on your right to be here, to exist on this planet, and to be valued. It may also be very nice for you to take some restorative yoga classes, which can be grounding and stimulating to the parasympathetic nervous system (assists in the healing process). Recognize that the body may be holding energy in a direct response to a real threat, but begin to create a safe, loving and supportive environment to allow yourself to begin to be able to let go of this holding as you feel safe. When working to heal the first chakra, it is helpful to get in touch with the direct experience of the sensations of the body and become aware of the physical experience of the body. This can be done with the assistance of an expert, to help you change the physical expression of your felt experience. We could also do something called "body dialogue" to put you more deeply in touch with what the physical expression you are experiencing has to teach you about how you are inhabiting the world you are in. There are also many forms of grounding exercises which can help to balance the first chakra.     Q: I have a question? I am hearing a loud cricket like song in my ears what can I use to stop it, my doctor told me there is no cure. Someone told me to use warm garlic oil, it drives me crazy at nights and all day I can hear it, hoping to hear from you soon.

    Sounds like an acute or heightened form of tinnitus.

    Try getting your ears coned a couple of times. Ear candling is very helpful in ear disorders.

    Also, give our eardrops a try. Pretty potent formula.

    And what you really need to do is detoxify your body.

    Metaphysically, ear disorders mean you are failing to "hear" something you need to hear or refusing to listen to so your ears are getting your attention so that you may tune in!

    Q: I started the full body detox today, and found that I DO NOT like the salad dressing I made with the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I found I could not tolerate it on my salad. What can I do instead? Another question is... I noticed lentils on the food combining chart. Those have to be cooked. Are those actually allowed to be consumed warm? I love the raw fruits and vegetables. I don?t have a problem, cause I love salads. I just need help on what I can have on it.

    Q: In the Full Body Detox booklet it states I can have wild rice if I need something warm. I really don't like wild rice, but can I make myself a vegetable soup which I prefer. To me its more filling then the rice.

    DHERBS: Sure! Simply eat your vegetable soup instead of wild rice.

    Also I have been having sweet cravings lately. Is there anyone, besides mental will power to overcome this craving.

    Q: I am suffering from severe yeast infections since past several months, have taken acidophilus, grapeseed extract, garlic, etc. The condition has become very itchy, burning sensation while urinate, massive white clotty discharge.
