    Q: I started the full body detox today, and found that I DO NOT like the salad dressing I made with the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I found I could not tolerate it on my salad. What can I do instead? Another question is... I noticed lentils on the food combining chart. Those have to be cooked. Are those actually allowed to be consumed warm? I love the raw fruits and vegetables. I don?t have a problem, cause I love salads. I just need help on what I can have on it.

    Q: I'm a personal trainer with a client who suffers from acid reflux. She was taking on teaspoon of apple cider vinegar a day and that was keeping it under control. One of her favorite foods is grapefruit. Her reflux has gotten worse and her doctor has since put her on medication to keep it under control. Is there anything that she can do that is more natural and can place her body back in balance?

    Q: I was wondering if it is okay to mix Mrs. Dash season blend with Olive Oil as a dressing for my salad? It tastes real bad with just Olive Oil alone, and I don't like the bitterness taste of lemon juice, and apple vinegar cider.     Q: Good Morning, hope all is well. My 11 yr. old son has a serious problem! The skin between his toes on both feet are peeling, and he has sores. The rest of his feet look fine. Also, on his arms & legs he has black spots. As if he had a mosquito bite, and scratched it. But that's not the case. What is this? I've tried tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar, and a cream from our local herb store for his feet. To this day nothing has helped. I don't give him meds from our so-called doctors. Let his feet breathe which can be done by allowing him to wear sandals, or open air shoes. Allow him to soak his feet in warm water with about half a cup of sea salt, and 1 ounce of hydrogen peroxide (for about 30 minutes).     Q: The reason I have chronic constipation is not because of diet, I eat very healthy, it is because of pain medication (narcotics), that I have to take to be able to stand the excruciating pain I am suffering from 5 spinal surgeries (I have metal rods in my spine from my shoulder blades to my tailbone). In order to have a regular bowel movement every day I take Glyco Lax (a dr.'s RX) 2x a day, plus what I call my "concoction" : I Tbs raw honey, 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1/3 cup fresh ground golden flaxseeds,? 1 tsp. Natural Psyllium Husk Fiber, and put all of that in hot purified water and drink it. I also take a stool softener with stimulant. That is a lot of time consuming work for me, but it does work. You offer several products for regularity, but I don't know which one to order. My Dr. says senna is very harsh and addictive, and your products seems to have a lot of senna in them. I was told it is not good for long term use. Please advise.

    Q: I'm doing the Full Body Cleanse and I have a few questions about it: I get tired of drinking just the distilled water and I'd like to drink the herbal teas, but I don't like it by itself. Would it mess things up to add a pack or two of Splenda to my tea or maybe honey? I can't stand the salads with the olive oil or apple cider vinegar or the lemon juice as dressing and it makes me gag. I have To have some sort of salad dressing. What kind would be suitable? Do I look for sugar-free? Or organic and natural? I found one that is organic and natural, but it has 3 grams of sugar in it. Without eating all my whole grained breads and other fiber, I haven't had much of a bowel movement in 3 days, should I wait a while yet?     1. Instead of splenda, use agave, stevia, or grade b maple syrup as a sweetener.

    2. In re Salad Dressing, an organic and natural one is great. You can also check our website for salad dressing recipes.

    3. The fiber pills are not part of the cleanse, so we wouldn't advise those. Fruit is you best choice of fiber so look into eating more papaya, mango, figs, etc. And yes, colonics (and enemas) would greatly help you - undoubtedly!

    Q: I recently purchased your Parasite and Worm Kit and wanted to know what grains were good to eat during or after the cleanse. I eat Bulgur, brown rice, black rice, couscous, gold and brown flax seed and ground provisions i.e. yams, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, turnips and etc. Are these ok to eat during the Parasite and Worm Kit or after?     Stay RAW while removing the parasites! If you stay mostly RAW, then on a few days you can engage yourself in some of the foods you mention below (maybe once a week)! But RAW is best! Apple Cider Vinegar is the BEST vinegar to use!

    Q: Thanks for your article about vinegar. I was just going to use it regularly with honey. Can you use it on your skin though? I was wondering if the acidity would be good for wrinkles or acne.

    Glad you enjoyed the "Vinegar" article. I don't recommend vinegar on the skin. However, a little inn bath water won't hurt (say about half a cup). I recommend Oz-Oil for the skin. Oxygen is what the skin needs.

    Q: Re: Daily Regimen for Weight Loss, Inflammation, and Staying Regular. Hello, I used the full detox and loved it. I lost 15 lbs and would like to continue using something natural to help with the weight loss. Also, quite honestly I loved the ease of the bm's. Even before I began the detox, I have limited my carb intake and it is almost painful to go to the bathroom now and laxatives can be very harsh on the stomach.     Q: I am in need of cleansing my body and weight removal! (Removal and not loss because I don't want to find it again)! I need to remove about 80 pounds of unhealthy weight from my body and would like to do so in a natural way. I looked at both your Female Cleanse and the Full Body Cleanse, but don't know which is a better option for me to follow right now? I eat a lot of organic foods, I juice (some) but need to increase my water intake (A LOT). I don't drink much soda at all and when I do it is organic carbonated lemonade.     Q: Hello, I've always heard that people can't "Spot loose" when it comes to weight, however, I've done it but don't really know what it was that cause the "spot weight" lose. My question and dilemma is: I tend to gain weight in my breast area and mid section but no where else. I am apple shaped. I know it isn't good for the heart and I want to loose mostly my breast. What would you recommend eating or not and what type of exercise would you recommend. Thank you!

    Spot losing is a myth or sorts. I'm not saying it can't happen but it's highly unlikely and completely uncontrollable. Your body picks and chooses where it gains/loses weight and they are not always in the same spots. Some people gain weight proportionately and some gain it in certain spots (hips, thighs, breasts, belly). I do get asked this question a lot from women "How do I lose weight in my gut or hip area but not in my breast?". The truth is that there is no real answer for that.  Your own spot loss was probably just luckiness and apararently exactly where you needed it to.

    As far as eating is concerned nothing causes the body to fat more than these two things. One is a high nutrient density, high alkaline, high raw, low fat, vegan diet. The other is juice fasting. Both are extremely helpful.

    Foods know and studied to cause weight loss are beans, greens, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, raw apple cider vinegar, oatmeal, and fruits and veggies. Noe of which have been conclusive in causing the body to lose fat in certain spots of the body.

    The best and most efficient exercises for weight loss are cardio exercises. That is however only part of the equation. Learning how to interval train is your most efficient way to burn fat. You may burn more fat at 60 percent of your maximum heart rate but if you interval train where you change your intensity and heart rate you burn more calories in less time and more fat. Also with low intensity cardio the burn effect ends when you end your training as where interval training keeps your metabolism stoked for hours after training maximizing your burn.

    Here is an example of interval training

    4:30 seconds warm up (moderate speed)

    30 seconds sprint

    4:30 seconds recovery (moderate speed)

    30 seconds sprint

    4:30 seconds recovery (moderate speed)

    Continue intervals for anywhere from 20-30 minutes

    The second best way is to do high rep, low - moderate weight exercises. Circuit training where you go from one exercise to another with as little as 30 seconds rest in between sets.

    Here is an example:

    Jumping jacks 1 minute

    Crunches 1 minute

    Pushups 1 minute

    Squats 1 minute

    3 sets of 12 alternating lunge to shoulder press

    3 sets chest press x 12

    3 sets of bent over rows x 12

    3 sets of bicep curls

    3 sets of triceps extensions

    1 minute of jump squats

    1 minute of Lunge and press

    You want to focus more on exercises that move more than one muscle. Focus on compound exercises (squats, pushups/chest press, pull-up/lat pull downs). Also focus on exercises that make you move like jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and burpees.

They are mostly in gelatin capsules. I am concerned that too much gelatin is bad for me too!

    Q: I would like to try something for weight loss, and I wanted to know would the herbs affect my medication.     Q: My daughter is now 6 years old and at the age of 1 was diagnosed with asthma. She was on albuterol and predisone for 4 years off and on and only taking the medicine when her asthma flared up. While she was on this medicine I noticed that she had lack of an appetite. I started giving her organic milk and keeping her tightly clothed in the winter and by the time she was 4.5 years I got it under control that she didn't have an attack for a year. During that year I noticed that she eats. She constantly wants to eat, and her stomach is getting bigger even though she is highly active. I'm pretty sure the medicine had something to do with this. She recently had a slight attack 3 months ago, and I've been looking all over the place for something natural to give her when she does have asthma attacks instead of giving her that medicine which is poisoning her system. If I gave her a Children's Detox would this help with the bloating of her stomach? What can I give her that is natural and effective to help with the asthma should it occur again?

    Let the child perform the Children's Detox. Give her pear juice, plum juice, and prune juice periodically. The child sounds constipated. If the stomach is bloated and growing, clearly the child is backed up. Feed the child more fruits and vegetables (as they are loaded with enzymes which help with bowel movements).

    The asthma can be knocked out with the herbs Mullein leaf, Eucalyptus, Lobelia, and Wild Cherry Bark. Give them to the child in tea form. Alternate the teas, switching them up, making sure she drinks all of them. Mullein leaf by far is the best. Asthma is nothing but a mucus condition. Rub essential oil of Eucalyptus on the child's chest before bedtime. First rub on some olive oil, and then apply the essential oil of Eucalyptus.     Q: I apologize for bothering with another question. However, I am taking HCG for weight loss and was wondering if I can take this in conjunction with the Full Body Detox.     Weight Loss is ineffective. Weight RELEASE is the way to go! Change your view of things and the words you speak. You can't lose what belongs to you. Release the waste! Don't lose weight!
