Becoming Healthy and in Shape Before I Turn 30 – Day 1

Day  1

“Today was not as hard as I thought it would be. I started my day with a glass of water and positive thinking. I knew my time was short in being able to make myself a smoothie at home plus I had not gone shopping for all the necessary foods I need to complete the detox correctly, so I went to Robeck’s and picked up an all fruit smoothie. It was pretty satisfying. It kept me full most of the morning. For a snack I had some raw cashews that I always keep in my purse just in case I get hungry.

I find it helps you stay away from 7-Eleven and the vending machines.

Lunch was a small salad I got from El Pollo Loco without the dressing and tortilla chips. For dinner, I opted for another smoothie just because I had not been home yet to make a salad or go shopping for alternatives.

First day down. Hope there all like this.”
