Becoming Healthy and in Shape Before I Turn 30 – Day 7

Sunday Football!I decided I wanted to eat just fruit today for breakfast. I had a banana, grapes, plums and an apple. I didn’t eat them all at once though. Mixing fruits does not agree with me when I’m eating them whole. 

A friend came by to watch the game and of course he is like “where are the snacks?”.
So I air popped him some popcorn (I don’t use the microwave if I don’t have to. I just don’t like it and besides its better for you NOT to use), sprayed some olive oil on it and added some cayenne pepper (he usually uses Tabasco but I’m trying to show him the light).

I ate you guessed it – guacamole. I love guacamole. There is nothing better than avocado, its like crack.
I put it on my burgers, in salads, everywhere that seems sane.

I had a laid back day. Cleaned, Football and reading before bedtime. Another day down.
