My brain is now realizing that every blue moon when I’m with my sister, I smoke out of habit with her. I guess it was my body’s way of repairing the damage I did months ago.

I start my day like the usual. Smoothie, work, school.. but when I got out of school I was hungry. I had some asparagus in the fridge and did a stir-fry only for 3 minutes to soften the outside some. A little sea salt and pepper and it was yummy.
