After such a terrible headache I thought I would feel bad today, but I was wrong.  Today, I had lots of energy, I was able to go do my radio show and fellowship and learn more about the detoxing process.  As a result, I went home and cleaned out my closet.  I am detoxing in all aspects in my life and realized that I was holding on to pain and bad memories. Those are gone now.  I got rid of the clutter around me and things that have been “holding me up”, and I feel very clear right now.  I am going to bed feeling fresh and excited about creating new possibilities with all of the “space” I cleared out.  I have been reading my book “Blink” by Malcolm Gladwell and some positive affirmations from Esther Hicks.
