Variety is the spice of life and this a great thing.  I have been very hungry the last couple of days because my attitude has been all wrong.  I have been concentrating on all of the things that I can’t have instead of being excited about all of the wonderful healthy things that I can have.  I am planning ahead and going to eat; I have been not eating because I can’t eat what I am used to.   I did Yoga with fellow detoxers and it felt good to be around positive energy and people with a common goal.  The Yoga with Keya Merah was amazing, I could feel the toxins release.  Overall, this week has been good and I am looking forward to another.  Sunflower seeds made my day and encouraged me to explore!
