What up Dherbers,
Well, I’m out of the country and it’s amazing how much more receptive other cultures are of taking care of one’s health. People seem to be really respectful of those who take a proactive approach to looking after their health needs. Unlike the states where I find a “not so subtle” attitude from those who don’t share the same outlook on the matter. It’s very interesting to witness and I’m further reminded of it whenever I leave the country and experience the polar opposite. Hopefully one day the pervasive thought will be one of health instead of hoard. Right now hoarding food in our bodies seems to be the trend. And rather than try to convince people that they should change, I try to be the best example by living it. Maybe they’ll see the difference themselves and be inspired to make a change.
Ironically, it’s the same approach I use with my kids; be the example you want them to be!!!! Well I’ll get off my soap box now. lol Sending love from another region. Pace!
