Not much new to report from this end. I’m continuing to enjoy the encouragement of strangers to do what we’ve been doing since the beginning of time; eating to live. Although I must say, a fresh piece of Salmon is on my agenda immediately upon cleanse completion. Better yet, Black Cod with a Maple Soy Glaze…Whewwwww. I can’t wait. Whoa  Sorry I got light headed just thinkin’ about that. lol

Anyway, onward we go. Stay strong and don’t let anything beat you up today. Especially your imagination. lol In a minute…


BREAKFAST –  Bowl of fruit, strawberries, blueberries, apples, cranberries, and raspberries.

SNACKS –  cashews, peanuts and dried cranberries.

DINNER –  Famous “The Big Dreezy”
Romaine lettuce, broccoli, carrots, dried cranberries, walnuts, fresh clementine slices, coconuts shavings and pomegranate/blueberry dressing.
