Today is Monday and I’m feelin’ “light”. (if you catch my bowel reference) I know this is not a popular subject and I feel ridiculous writing about it. However, everything is coming out the way it was intended to. It’s amazing how you feel when you’re eating the way you’re supposed to. When you’re eating badly you could literally wind up spending your life in the bathroom. Conversely, when you eat well, the bathroom is merely a brief stop.
So, with that said, listen to the signals your body is sending you thru your “movements”. If it’s easy you’re eating well. If it becomes a chore then you might want to examine your dietary trends.
Breakfast – Bowl of fruit, and smoothies with Strawberries, bananas and raspberries, don’t forget hempseeed.
Lunch – Stir fry veggies (broccoli, asparagus, kale greens, baby corn, and green beans)
Dinner – Salad and herbal tea
