Celebrity Detox with Salli Richardson Whitfield- Day 10

Today is day 10 and I am half way through my detox. I feel great. My stylist came over early so I could try on some choices for my events this weekend. Man oh man this detox is wonderful, it’s not just the weight it’s my skin texture, my attitude, my swagger. I feel better than ever!

Stay tuned, and I will tell you how my red carpet events turned out! I plan on eating before I leave, it’s unlikely they will have a huge selection of raw snacks after the red carpet. (LOL)

Breakfast – Smoothie made with strawberries, bananas, mangos, and hempseed.

Lunch – No time to prepare meals today a spinach, ginger, carrot, kale, shake with a side of wheatgrass.

Dinner – Raw lasagna from my favorite raw restaurant Sunpower Cafe, listen it looks nothing like lasagna, but the tastes come close enough of me right now. (LOL)
