Celebrity Detox with Salli Richardson Whitfield- Day 11

 

Day 11

Today is day 11 for me and so far so good. My day was filled with family activities. It started with breakfast, I made Banana Pancakes for the
kids, and I had a smoothie and a bowl of fruit. I am up and out early, considering I stayed up pretty late.

My event was great! I had my lasagna before I left so I wasn’t worried about eating at the party.

Already the afternoon, and I am off to the park with my kids and the dog for a walk. After our walk we sat down and enjoyed a couple snacks, I like to give carrots and celery as snacks, I eat them all the time if your kids see you eating healthy, they will follow suit. You can not ask kids to make healthy choices, and not make them for yourself.

Early evening and my Glam-squad has arrived for hair and make-up. Just like last night I will eat  dinner before I leave for the event. Important to have something on your stomach. My make-up artist has completed several detoxed and lost about 30 pounds, so we had a nice conversation about our results. She complimented me on how great my skin looks.  Gotta go! “Can’t be tardy for the party”. (LOL)

Breakfast – Smoothie with bananas, mangos, and a bowl of fruit.

Lunch – Raw veggies, carrots, celery, broccoli, and edamame

Dinner –  Raw pesto pizza from my favorite raw restaurant (Sunpower Cafe in Southern Cali)
