Celebrity Detox with Salli Richardson Whitfield – Day 19





Day 19

Today is day 19 for me, I’m very excited about completing my cleanse. Its
always towards the end when I stop to think, 20 days is a long time with
little or no cooked foods.  Today, I have to finish up all the food for my
son’s party. I’m not trying pretend I don’t want to sample some of the
chocolate chip cookies I just baked from scratch. Hey, a girl’s only
human!!! (LOL) All jokes aside this has been a wonderful experience for my
mind, body, and spirit.  I am starting the year 2010, a couple of inches
smaller, extended energy, and a completely positive outlook for the year.


Breakfast – Smoothie , bananas, strawberries, and blueberries.


Lunch – Strawberry, apple, walnut salad. (never to late to try something


Dinner -Spinach salad with carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green peppers,
and red onion.
