Celebrity Detox with Salli Richardson Whitfield- Day 2

Today is day two for me. I’m not really sure, because I generally eat healthy. But, for me it only takes a minute for the herbs to get to work. The first days of the detox are always great!!! No work today! Yippee!! But, I had to run some errands, so I was ducking in and out of the restroom all day!!   (LOL) I am telling you all if you have some sort of fear of using restroom, the detoxing will clear it all up!!!  Oh!! I almost forgot. I had a small pouch in my stomach, from all the meat I consumed over the holiday and it’s already gone. OK, girls this is great I have energy, and I am loosing inches.

*Breakfast – Bananas and apples 2 glasses of water very important to  get your water in every morning.

*Snacks –  Cashews and walnuts.

*Lunch –  Avocado salad.

*Dinner –  Raw dinner from my favorite raw restaurant, taco’s.
