Celebrity Detox with Salli Richardson Whitfield- Day 3

Day 3

Today is day number 3, and I feel really great. I thought I would miss my coffee in the morning. Suprisingly not a problem for me. Its Friday,  and I am in complete MOMMY mode. Plenty of energy for two kids, with no coffee is a miracle. I would say. We will see how I feel on Sunday after a weekend alone without my husband (out of town) LOL!!!!

*Breakfast – Started with my smoothie, made with blueberry, bananas, apple juice, and my new avorite ingredient hemp seed.

*Lunch –  Hummus with a raw dip, (umm good). (snacks are important while detoxing)

*Dinner –  Pre made raw tacos, (Yippee for pre made raw meals) my favorite tacos I LOVE TACOS as you can see!!!
