Today is Saturday, and once again I am up and about with no coffee. I feel really energized, and ready for my day of fun. I took my daughter to a birthday party, and of course, they did not have any raw food (I wonder why???). Against all odds, I did really good, no cravings, as I watch the sugar parade pass me by. I feel great and comfortable no cheating for me. (LOL)
Saturday evening I treated my self out to a movie, with my detox buddy (it’s always good to have a buddy). OK, we are sitting in the movie, and all of sudden a wave of fresh, warm, and buttery popcorn smell infiltrates my nostrils. My detox buddy and I look at each other, simultaneously we begin to burst with laughter. (WE GOT THIS) Movie with no popcorn was totally worth it.
Breakfast – smoothie as usual, today I added some crushed almond to spice things up a bit.
Lunch – No lunch today (Mommy mode doesn’t allow for me to stop right now)
Dinner – Fresh and I do mean fresh kale salad, I treated myself to a Kale shake from my neighborhood healthy cafe. It’s really important to change the menu up when you are detoxing, eating the same can be mundane.
