Celebrity Detox with Salli Richardson Whitfield- Day 5

Sunday. Peaceful day at home with family, playing barbies with my daughter was totally fun. OK, remember we talked about the stomach pouch going away after only two days. Not only did it disappear but my stomach seem to be losing some inches. A pair of jeans that normally fit tight around the waist are now loose! 5 days detoxing + 5 days raw foods =  me back in my (Skinny Jeans). Girls you know how hard it is to get rid of that last little inch around the waist!!! (NO tummy tuck for me) (LOL) (That’s a Hollywood joke).

Breakfast – Smoothie blueberries, mangoes, and strawberry. Oh! Don’t forget the hemp seed!!

Lunch – Home made salad and spinach for lunch!

The day whizzed by so fast I missed dinner not even hungry!!!
