Celebrity Detox with Salli Richardson Whitfield- Day 6

Monday. It’s Monday and I am moving forward. I will admit I am really bored with the diet. My favorite restaurant has become my least favorite. I have a groin injury and that means no work out for now. No auditions or readings today. I am looking for an alternative to this diet, stay tuned because I got some time on my hands. I plan on making up some yummy raw alternatives to cheating!!!!!! Oh yeah, still not missing coffee!!!!!!

Breakfast – Smoothie blueberries, mangoes, and strawberry (hemp seed).

Lunch – Broccoli, squash. (slight steamed) (shhhh!!!)

Dinner – Broccoli, and kale salad. (I really don’t want anymore kale salad)
