Celebrity Detox with Salli Richardson Whitfield- Day 8

 

Day 8

My day started earlier than usual, son decided he wanted to wake up at 5:30
and my daughter decided she wanted to wake up as well, so we had a cartoon
festival in my room until 830. I have a full day ahead of me, meetings all
day. I feel great with no coffee this long. I thought I would have lost it
by now, but I am surprisingly not missing it. I am almost ready to begin
walking, my groin is healing just fine, a lot faster than I expected. I
usually work out 4 to 5 times a week. During the detox,  a light jog, and
walk are just fine for me. During the detox your body is really going
through a good change. I think its better to maintain physical activity
without overdoing it. (It’s ok to let your body rest) My diet is just
about the same I try not to think about it so much. Yeah right!!!(LOL) I
think about it plenty. I really want a turkey burger!!!!!!

Breakfast – Smoothie with pineapple, mango, banana, and hemp seed.

Lunch – Home made Guacamole Dip from the <a href=” http://www.dherbs.com/
target=”_blank”>Dherbs.com </a> raw recipes selection, and flax seed
chips.

Snack – Cashews, (in the car).

Dinner – Mixed green salad with tomatoes, cucumber, celery, red peppers,
green peppers, and raw dressing. (I imagined it was that turkey burger)
