I am big on Drama, I don’t like pain, I don’t like to suffer. A friend of mine has been telling me about the Full Body Detox for over 2 years. He told me that it would be good for me, blah, blah, blah. He did it several times and felt it did something very powerful for him. I am involved in sports and always felt that actions speak louder than words. I’ve seen my friend transform as a person, become more spiritual and grow. So, when I was thinking about my weight and, my wife’s complaints about it, again, blah, blah, blah. I decided to give this a try. I’ve done pineapple focuses in the past (where all I drank and ate was pineapple for 30 days). I done water fast (Where I just drank water alone for 10 days). So I know how the process works.

Now the part that I am wrestling with is 30 pills a day. I don’t like pills and sometimes find them hard to swallow. The food part has been pretty easy and there are a variety of choices. I will miss steak, fried chicken and my beloved french fries, but hey, this is suppose to change my eating habits. We’ll see. I like the feeling right now and will see how it goes.
