A friend of mine invited me over to his new house tonight after practice to watch the playoff game between Dallas and the Spurs. He has been inviting me over to see his new place since March, so I felt compelled to go. I felt very conflicted because I was very hungry and didn’t know how long I could make it without something to eat, but went anyway. Well, magically, after sitting down for about 5 minutes a platter of fresh vegetables and nuts appeared in front of me. I couldn’t have ordered it any better myself. Carrots, snow peas, broccoli, a raw food feast. As I looked around his new house I realized that I myself was building a new house for my body and being in his house was symbolic of the on-going changes within me. His house is beautiful by the way.
