Day 9 and 10

Day 9 and 10…………i did 20 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes running in the pool It felt good and it also speeds up the weight loss. I’ve also discovered that I make better smoothies than Robek’s or Jama Juice. I made one last night with Raspberries, strawberries, mixed fruit, bananas and pineapple juice it was pretty good.

Yesterday I was in an environment were that had some of my favorite food–Hot links. I was in the facility for 6 hours and could smell them the entire time. There I was eating carrots and snow peas.
