Day 11. 

No church today. I was in bed the majority of the day. Not that I felt bad, I just had a lazy spirit upon me. I think maybe from being on the go so much yesterday and not eating and drinking on my regular schedule threw me off a bit. My face seems slimmer. I don’t really notice a difference with the rest of me. Oh well, maybe my body was so toxic it’s gonna take more than one go at this or maybe I’m holding on to the weight mentally not allowing it to release physically. Whatever the hindrance, I’m gonna see this thing through till the end 9 days and counting…soooooo until tomorrow
