Day 14

Day 14.

Well I did it…I got on the scale. Bad idea. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or if I’m doing anything wrong. I am eating according to the plan. I am getting in exercise but my body is having a very hard time saying goodbye to the extra weight. I just don’t know.  I’ve read all the great stories about people releasing 10-17lbs in their first 2 weeks and I understand everyone is different but Geez Louise can a S.I.S.T.A.H. catch a break or lose a few extra lbs? I think I am truly done with the scale I truly believe its the devil. It plays with my mind and emotions. I am this close to eating pizza…
