Well it is day 15 and No, No, No I did not succumb to my displaced feelings…I did not have pizza. I guess God knows exactly what you need when you need it because when I got to work this morning a co-worker told me she noticed the difference and I told her how I felt about the scale. She made a valid point. I am a rather active individual – I run and I lift weights on occasion. I’m not lifting much now because I really don’t feel I have the strength. So for now I am in an okay place and I am still taking it one day at a time.
