WATER, WATER, WATER…yup…that’s all it took to get me moving. Today was great. Full of energy maybe a little too much but I’m not complaining. I upped my water intake and I feel good. We had a farewell luncheon today at work for a very dear friend. Pizza, wings, salad, cake and tea were on the menu. Planning ahead is AWESOME…I knew the menu so I packed banana/orange/red/yellow peppers, nuts, raisins and my own dressings, grabbed some salad, said no to the pizza and wings, made a lovely arrangements of colors on my plate and dug in. This was a very big accomplishment for me as I love luncheons and the food served…especially the cake. So I will gladly put one on the scoreboard for me!!!Â
