Well today is Day 2 and amazingly, I have not passed out from hunger. I actually feel very good. Last night I did have a little headache but other than that I have no complaints. I was able to get up and exercise this morning. and that is always a positive thing. I am going for my Zumba instructor certificate in March so I will carry this energy with me throughout to get the best results.

    Q: Good morning. I tried the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN and followed the diet. I must say that I am amazed at how good I feel. Energetic and focused but alas, I only lost 3 pounds in the 3 weeks. I am 5'5 and currently at 181 pounds. My body is extremely resistant to weight loss.     This means that your body focused on another area that was of more importance than weight release. your mind wanted weight reduction but your body intelligence focused on something else. Go with the flow of the body intelligence and trust it. You apparently have an energetic block that prevents you from physically releasing weight (since you've tried other programs). Consider scheduling a consultation so we can get at the energetic/emotional root of your problem. Simply stop worrying about "losing" weight. Focus on what you desire (to see yourself in the size you desire). Don't focus on what you don't want (i.e. to lose weight).

    Q: Hey Gary here are my challenge I'm 43 been trying to lose weight, I start on a program and stop once I don't see any results. I tried the Detox I think I lost about 5 pounds, I work at night and have a part time jobs seeing private patients in the day so my sleep pattern is little maybe I get 4 hrs of sleep I'm having problems getting this weight off. I also want to mention when I do exercise my joints swell so I try to keep it low impact. I also have sweet tooth so I get these cravings here and there more so when I'm at work at night.     Lets go through one thing at a time. Your overall schedule and lifestyle is not healthy and will likely sabotage your health goals. Receiving so little sleep will prevent major weight loss because your body cannot cleanse and cannot recharge. You must repay your energy debt before you can properly lose weight. Your body is always in a state of playing catch-up to the workload you are giving it. It stores fat because it doesn't have the
    energy to properly function. I understand crazy schedules but they will not get you the results you desire. I would focus on trying to find a more balanced or healthier schedule before adding the stress of losing weight to an already overworked body.

    Q: Greetings, I wanted to first say thanks for all of the great advice you have given me over the past couple of months. On Tuesday my husband and I welcomed our second daughter into the world. We had a natural birth with a midwife, and it was the best experience ever! So, you know I have a question for you. My midwife, and pediatrician are worried, and preplexed because my daughter who was born on Tuesday has not had a bowel movement yet. She has not passed any meconium at all, and from what I've read newborns are supposed to pass this within 24 hours after birth. I was full term at 40 weeks at the time of delivery. The baby had a full ultrasound today, and I am waiting to hear the results. We are keeping a positive outlook, but you know I had to get your take on the situation because I trust your judgement and advice. I've also sent you a few photos of my family and our new baby girl. The baby will release when he/she is ready to release. My recent son didn't release until 2-3 days later. However, he eventually released. Babies are not on our worldly time schedule.     Q: My daughter continues to take 2 capsules of Cardio-Vascular Formula at night, 2 capsules of Brain Tuner in the morning, and 1 at night. Also, using the Children Detox Oxy-Drops. However, she still experiences palpitation, every morning when she wakes up from her sleep. She will get a severe epilepsy attack every 10 days, or forthnightly. The cycle seems to repeat itself.     Q: Good morning, I have used several products in the last two months. They include the Full Body Detox, Detox bath drops, Aura cleansing, Mucus buster and the Acid buster. I battle MS and I received the results of the MRI, and it shows that my ventriculers went from 8-9mm to 1.2 cm.( I was told it is atrophy) I believe I will be healed, but I am at a lost of what to do next.     Q: I have completed the FULL BODY DETOX and I have to say IT IS FABULOUS! My Doctor and I decided that it would be a good idea to do as I was diagnosed with Asthma in March, was prescribed prednisone to control my lung spasms which caused kidney stones and numerous cysts on my ovaries and in my breasts not to mention the 30 lb unhealthy weight gain.     Q: What type of exercise is good for working out while on the Full Body Detox program? I'm afraid I won't have much energy and stamina for a high impact workout on a raw food diet. Any suggestions???

    ·        Yoga

    ·        Light resistance training

    ·        Walking

    ·        Biking

    ·        Swimming

    ·        Trampoline

    ·        Pilates

    ·        Aerobics 

     

    It's best to keep exercise to a minimum. When you exercise your body pulls blood away from your core and into your limbs (fight or flight response). That directs blood away from your healing response. Also high impact or weight training requires more calories and more protein which will over work the organs that should be using their energy healing.

    Q: I am so impressed with your website and the level of great information you provide. The product list is very impressive as well. I have High Blood Pressure and have been on medication for a little over five years. I am 5'8" tall 167lbs. I'm in pretty good shape. I don't understand why I have HBP. I know I want to be off the meds. I feel really tired when I try to exercise. (I mean really tired) I notice there is constant congestion and post nasal drip. I'm usually going to the bathroom to urinate 4 or 5 times every night. So, I want to accomplish a couple of things. 1. I want my energy level back so that I can get back into the gym build my body again. 2. I want to get off these meds.     Q: Thought I would let you know about my experience with Dherbs FULL BODY DETOX system. I am a healthy 33 year old woman who 5'4" 170. I changed my diet back in March in an effort to lose weight and it has been working. I heard about your product on the Russ Parr Moring show and had visited your site contemplating ordering. I consulted with my mom who is HEAVY into herbs and alternative healing. She and I read your product ingredients together and she confirmed that the listed herbs are very good cleansing agents and should be safe. I ordered a few weeks ago to assist in my weight loss but actually started the detox on Monday Sept 1st. The first day went well and I saw results immediately. The second day produced results also but almost immediately after taking the 7pm pills I had a pressure that moved around in my head. I did not hurt but it was different from anything that I have ever felt. Then my face began to tighten up and twitch. These effects lasted for about 5 minutes.     Q: I am a 55 year old female. I have an overactive bladder. I am trying to control it myself, without medication. I have not tried herbs.     Q: I ordered the DHERBS 10-DAY SUPREME COLON CLEANSE and this is day 3. I have been experiencing a lot of cramping and runny, liquid bowel movements. I have not taken any of the formulas this morning because of the effects I've been having. It's certainly working because in the last movement I passed a lot of mucus.     Q: I am currently taking the FULL BODY DETOX and I have to say I feel amazing. More energy, clearer head, just overall enjoying waking up every morning.     Q: In a magazine called New Life Yoga, it questions if Melatonin is the closest thing to a cure all? It also states that our bodies synthesize it but not in a large quantity if you are a night worker (such as myself). Since it is synthesized highly at night.     Q: I've been eating vegan (mostly raw) for nearly 2 years. In the first year, I lost about 60 pounds. I still have about 50 more to lose and it hasn't budged in almost a year. I hear conflicting info about what sort of exercise would be best - cardio vs. strength. And any time I up my exercise, my hunger gets out of control. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for the question. The most efficient way to lose weight from working out are high rep/low weight circuit training and through HIIT (high intensity interval training).

    Your goal should be to increase metabolism and fat burning potential throughout the day. Both HIIT and circuit weight training are both effective. To be maximized you should exercise for 1 hour 5-6 times a week. You could alternate between cardio days and circuit training days. Here is an example.

     

    Mon: HIIT

    Tues: Circuit training

    Wed: rest

    Thurs: HIIT

    Fri: Circuit training

    Sat: HIIT

    Sun: Rest

     

    Here is an example of a circuit and  HIIT

     

    Circuit. 15-20 reps 1 minute rest between sets. repeat for 20-30 minutes. (feel free to use the template and build your own)

    Upper: pushups

    Lower: Squats

    Core: Crunches

    Plyo: Burpees

    Upper: Clean and press or curl to press

    Lower: Alternating weighted lunges

    Core: Reverse crunches

    Plyo: Step ups 

     

    HIIT (can be done on almost any cardio machine)

    3 minute warmup

    -30 second sprint 

    -1 minute recovery

    *Repeat for 15 minutes to 30 minutes*

    3 minute cool down

    Top fat loss mistakes for cardio and weight training

    Cardio: Doing 1 speed with no resistance cardio. This kills me. Your fat burning potential begins and ends when you do. If it doesn't challenge you it will not change you. Atleast put the resistance on mountain or random. 

    Weight: Resting too long in between sets. Super sets are key here. Work one set while resting the other. Example of a superset is chest press and seated row together. Quad machine and ham machine. Pullup and shoulder press. 

    When you ramp up your metabolism you are going to have to eat more. Losing weight isn't about calories. Losing weight is about nutrient density.
