I am half way through the cleanse. I feel good and I feel like I can make it through the next 10 days with no problems. I feel like I am doing the right thing at the right time for me at this point in my life.

I spoke to a lady today who just purchased the cleanse. I was able to share with her some of my food choices and make suggestions to her about what to eat or drink during the cleanse. I felt like I was of help to her on her way through the cleanse.
