I’m still alive! I feel good! I wasn’t sure how I would survive the weekend without my favorite foods and drinks, but I made it through and still had a great time. I now see how big of a role food plays in my life.

At one point, I was craving potato salad…It seemed like everywhere I turned there was a restaurant or an advertisement for food. Especially the food I can’t have right now.

At lunch time I took my usual walk for a little exercise. I felt a little tired but I guess that’s to be expected.
