Looking Good For The Summer – Day 6

Day #6

My hips feel sore. I took a dance class on Monday and no soreness until now.

I was craving shrimp fried rice for lunch and I had a fruit smoothie instead.

I went to watch the Miami/Boston game with some friends and they had jokes about the cleanse! I just sipped my water and laughed right along with them. I know the cleanse is for my highest good and I am focused on doing it.

I must say I was tempted when one of the waitresses came by with a plate of my favorite dishes, lemon pepper wings and fries. I just munched on some carrots and celery.
