Sitting here enjoying the latest fat burner drink – not bad. I’m 3 days out and looking towards my next order to continue what I’ve started here. This weight is the one area where I let myself down.
Q: I just receive my order yesterday (9/15/08) I started today which is 9/16/08. I know I can drink green tea but can I put splenda in it or do I have to drink it plain? I know I can eat fruit in the morning for breakfast can it be like 2 oranges and that's all?
Splenda is not to be consumed while on the cleanses. It's an artificial sugar that isn't good for the body. The only sweeteners that you can consume are stevia. maple syrup grade b and agave nectar. You can eat as much fruit as you want when you want.
Q: I started the Full Body Cleanse program on August 25th. Three days later, detox symptoms became so severe that I discontinued taking it on September 4th. However, I want to resume but feel that I need some assistance from you in terms of what might be the best way to do so in order that I can continue with my daily activities. Symptoms of most concern included: uncontrollable coughing, tightness in chest, increased blood pressure and severe headache. When I noted that the symptoms were increasing in intensity, I discontinued taking the Full Body Cleanse herbs,(after 10 days). 3 days after discontinuing the programs, the symptoms have subsided to a degree that I can continue with my daily activities. I want to resume the program but want to do so at a rate that I can function during the day and sleep at night without hours of intensive coughing. What suggestions do you have? About me: I am AA 60 Y.O. female who has been a raw vegan for the past 7 years. My doctor insists that I remain on the following medications: Levoxyl Tab 0.05 mg; Avapro 150mg; and Estradiol patch for thyroid condition, hypertension and menopause, respectively. Noteworthy, I discontinued taking all med 3 days prior to starting Full Body Cleanseand have not starting taking them again. My goal is to be free of such poisons.
To continue the Full Body Cleanse, cut dosage from 5 capsules to 2-3 capsules. It is a very powerful cleanse. The symptoms you are experiencing is part of the healing crisis taking place. The herbal supplements are trying to counteract the toxicity in your body, and thus attempting to rid of them via one of your major eliminative channels.
Q: Started Dherbs 20day detox four days ago, experiencing discomfort (numbness) in the back of legs and thighs when sitting or lying down. Will this go away or do I need to take magnesium or something else?
A: Experiencing numbness while cleansing is not a detox symptom. If you're currently taking medication or experiencing health issues like diabetes or high blood pressure, it could be contributing to the numbness. Numbness is commonly related to poor circulation in the body. Your body might be telling you that it needs more activity. We suggest engaging in light cardio and consuming foods within the diet that helps with circulation in addition to foods that have a high source of magnesium. Please feel free to give us a call at 866 434 3727 if you still need assistance or if the issue progresses. Raw foods that are high in magnesium include all dark leafy greens like kale, spinach and Swiss chard, sesame seeds, Brazil Nuts, avocado, bananas, cashews, almonds and more. Foods that help circulation include cayenne pepper, oranges, sunflower seeds, ginger, garlic, Goji Berries, Watermelon and avocados.
Q: Hello I just recently ordered the full body cleanse tea and the weight release tea. I want to make sure I start in the correct order. I assume I should 1st use the fbc tea, how often should I drink it ie. a cup every morning, lunch and dinner? (3 a day would be for about 7 days) and should I go directly into the weight release right afterwards following the same steps? Thank you in advance for your help.
Q: I am getting ready to go in the field for 3 days with the Military, and there will not be a variety of food to choose from. I started the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN on 08-Jul-08. I know that I can still drink the master cleanse in the morning and drinking the tea. My only problem is the food. Will it be okay to eat some of the food and start right back to eating the right food on Monday?
IT WILL HAVE TO BE ALL RIGHT. DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO STAY ON THE CLEANSE. JUST GET BACK TO THE FOOD REGIMEN AS SOON AS YOU CAN (RETURNING FROM THE FIELD).
Q: Hi, I am interested in your raw foods detox however, I am in the gym 6 days a week doing spinning, other cardio & weight training, will I be able to continue with my normal fitness routine during detox?
Hi Karen, Thanks for the question.
Detoxing and fitness.
The best way to detox your body is to give it the tools and time necessary to clean house. There are many types of detoxes and many avenues for fitness. The best way to detox is to rest the body while giving it the cleanest foods and herbs. However, some light forms of exercise like yoga, swimming, jogging, pilates are acceptable because they are light and won't require the amount of nutrients to repair and replenish. A raw food detox is sublime and is one fantastic step towards a healthier body and mind. I encourage you to try it.
What I would do is scale back on the exercise for the length of the detox and have fun! Go hiking and enjoy nature. A light jog instead of a spin class. I guarantee you will not lose strength or endurance during the detox. Intense exercise increases the bodies need for nutrients and protein.
Imagine if you will you have a desk at work. And work keeps piling up and no matter how you try to efficiently make it through you can't seem to get ahead. What detoxing is designed to do is give yourself the time to clean your desk. The most efficiently way for that to happen is to stop the work from coming in. Heavy exercise may increase your workload. You want your body to be in a cleaning mode and not a repair mode.
Again I would continue exercises that are light and stimulating. You want increased blood flow and you want to aid you lymph system to pump efficiently.
Lastly, if you are training for an event it may not be the best time to detox. Detoxing symptoms can throw you off your game. Best time to detox is the off season.
Hope this answers your question.

Q: Greetings, I have started the full body detox today, but want to continue working out, and lifting weights; however, I see a note to stay away from weight lifting. Can you explain why please!? Thank you!
A: You can exercise while doing the cleanse, but we suggest only engaging in light cardio instead of any intense workouts. Because you're on an adjusted diet that consists of mainly fruits and vegetables, you may burn through the foods faster as opposed to when you workout while consuming carbs or starchy foods. You should see what your body can personally handle if you wish to continue with weight lifting.
Q: I am currently taking the FULL BODY DETOX and I have to say I feel amazing. More energy, clearer head, just overall enjoying waking up every morning. Now, I also suffer from depression, anemia, and acne. I started order all the herbs according to what I needed help with and I was scared to take 7 different bottles if that was not necessary. Is there any harm in this?
Q: I am in need of cleansing my body and weight removal! (Removal and not loss because I don't want to find it again)! I need to remove about 80 pounds of unhealthy weight from my body and would like to do so in a natural way. I looked at both your Female Cleanse and the Full Body Cleanse, but don't know which is a better option for me to follow right now? I eat a lot of organic foods, I juice (some) but need to increase my water intake (A LOT). I don't drink much soda at all and when I do it is organic carbonated lemonade. I realize carbonated drinks are not good for us and limit how much I drink. My body lets me know when I have eaten something that is not good for me by causing my hands and feet to swell. To reduce this I drink water. I am allergic to wheat and try to stay away from it as much as possible. I have few ailments and have started working out again (cardio and weight training). I also looked at your weight loss products, but thought I should maybe detox first. What do you think? Any assistance you can offer on your products and which ones I should take is of great appreciation.
A: The best thing for you is the Full Body Cleanse. The Full Body Cleanse will allow you to remove unwanted weight, while also optimizing your entier body so that you can maintain that weight and live a healthier lifestyle.
Q: I am getting ready to purchase the FULL BODY DETOX my concern is the weight gain. Do you have a product to help gain weight? Also what product to you recommend for the skin? I continue to get black circles around the eye area.
FOR WEIGHT GAIN: BIO-PROTEIN FORMULA, ELECTRIC GREENS CELL FOOD, AND IODINE PHOSPHATE FOR THE SKIN: BLOOD AND LYMPHATIC FORMULA , VITAMIN C FORMULA, OZ OIL (EXTERNAL USE) BLACK CIRCLES UNDER THE EYE: READ OUR ARTICLE ENTITLED â€EYE PROBLEMSâ€.
Q: Wu-yi tea from China is supposed to help you lose weight, I want to know is it safe. It?s supposed to be organic and the best fat burner around. What is your opinion on this tea that's made in China?
Yes, it's safe! A good tea that helps you lose weight by working on your metabolism. However, weight loss does not come from drinking tea so it won't be naturally lost due to drinking tea. Weight loss must become weight release and must be a wholistic approach.
Q: I've been doing raw for about 28 days and I am on day 9 of the FULL BODY DETOX. I have noticed that my hands are orange occasionally. This also was present before doing the raw fast and detox as well. I looked on your website to see if you had any articles pertaining to this but didn't see any. I have read up a little on jaundice, but I experience this only on my hands (palms only, not in eyes or anywhere else). 5 or 6 years ago I was experiencing pain in my liver area and began changing my diet. Shortly after that I went to see an acupuncture therapist for a back injury (car accident) and he asked had I'd been experiencing pain anywhere else and I told him in the liver area. He treated me for both. I never have pain in my liver area again but was unsure what the orange hands are all about. I don't know if that is too much information, but I'd really appreciate any information you can give me on this issue.
Orange or yellowish hands or feet denote TOXICITY. The body is toxic, especially the liver and needs to be cleansed periodically. Give the FULL BODY DETOX a try! Soak your hands in hot water (as hot as you can bear it) and 1 box of sea salt for about 30 minutes daily. I had this problem some years ago. I was going through times, had been through so much. I went and got a manicure one day and the Asian lady could read palms and told me I needed to relax. I had been doing everything by myself for a long time in life and needed to rest. She kept emphasizing rest. While this was true, my body also needed to detox. The anger in me at certain people and certain circumstances was stored in my liver (the liver stores anger). But in order to start a new life and live life anew, I had to work on my LIVE-R.
Q: My wife started the Master Cleanse two days ago. During the first day when she drank the sea salt water she vomited several times. Today the second day she feels dizzy, and she has been laying down all day. Her bowels have been moving, but not like they do normally. Is it the salt water the issue?
Yes, it is! Herbs are better!
Q: Thanks so much for all the wonderful info! I had a chance to look at some of your products and I like what I see. There is so much good stuff here. I just finished a 60 day sugar/fat cleanse. I basically cut out all diary, white sugar, flour, pasta, etc (I was already eating a veggie diet) I did very well with the cleanse and I want to keep it going. I lost almost 20 pounds, but I started eating a little differently, since I had some events for the past couple weeks and the weight started coming back on. I'm aware that I have a slow metabolism, but I do exercise (4 to 5x a week) and I generally eat pretty well. I have about another 40 pounds I want to loose and continue to be healthy and energetic. Also, my husband and I are also trying to have our first child. Do you have any suggestions?
We would recommend that you give our Full Body Cleanse a try. It will help you lose additional weight and rejuvenate your body. Once completed, try the Fertility Kit, which is a 20 Day program and regimen that consists of herbs, elixirs, affirmations, inhaler, and dietary program to help naturally enhance fertility.
Q: I just started the Weight Release Kit & Regimen today, and I am wondering if it is better to take the herbs on an empty stomach or with food? Or does it even matter? Also, how much sea salt should actually go in the bath with the drops? The booklet says 2 boxes...what is the actual measurement?
Take herbs after eating is best! In regards to sea salt, 12 ounces = 1 box!
Q: I am 6'0 starting day 1 at 246, on day 4, I hit 236. But for 3 days I am at the same weight. Do I need to workout to lose more weight, if so what are some good workouts for my body type. Most of my weight is in the midsection.
Hi, thanks for the question.
Your body does not like rapid changes in weight and will fight you along the way. These are called plateaus. It's too early to panic and by the time you get this email I am pretty sure your weight will have shifted again. You cannot spot lose weight. Your body picks and chooses where it gains weight and where it loses weight. sometimes they aren't the same places.
Working out always helps the process. Here is a blog I wrote, Three Successful Fitness Habits for Sustained Weight, on three successful habits for sustained weight loss.
Fitness for weight loss is interval cardio training and circuit weight training.
Example of both would be:
Interval training on bike.
3 minute warmup
30 seconds of high speed
1 minute of recovery
repeat for 15 minutes till 30 minutes.
Circuit training (five rounds-1 minute rest in between rounds)
Mountain climbers x 20
Pushups x 20
Squats x 20
Bent over rows x 15
Crunches x 25
Without knowing your body type, sports history, and health history I cannot recommend any specific exercise. I run a highly successful internet fitness/health coaching company www.theveganeffect.com. If you would like a free consultation you can fill out the health history form on the main page and I will have one of my fitness coaches contact you.
Hope this helps,

Q: I have 2 more days left on the Total Woman Cleanse. I also completed the Full Body Detox in January. I started my cycle a couple of days before starting the Total Womans Cleanse, which lasted approxy 5 days. When my cycle stopped, I began to experience spotting everyday (which I understand is apart of the cleansing process). However, my cycle started again and has lasted for 4 days now, and I experienced some clots and heavy bleeding. I've also been feeling fatigue, as a result of the continuous bleeding. I've had problems with my cycle for several years, and I'm really seeking help in resolving the issue(s). I've had a couple of DNCs, over the past few years which have come back okay (praise God), but I also have an enlarged uterus. I was thinking about ordering the Yoni Formula, Moon cycle, Female Tea, and liquid iron. What do you suggest?
Don't be frustrated, Beloved! It will only block you! Consider ordering and reading our "Mental Science Manual" and "Love Manual" and APPLY the principles so as to help you remain positive, calm, and optimistic about your healing. Listen, after the Total Womans Cleanse, perform the Full Body Detox, and then (after you finish the FBD) start taking the Moon Cycle (formula and tea), Female Hormonal Formula, Yoni Formula, and Styptic Formula. Your body is regulating itself. Trust the natural process! Your body is undoing all the harm you did to it, so be patient, and understanding of all that your body has to do on and for your behalf! Okay? Stay positive! Your body is your humble servant!
Q: I started bleeding heavily last month & it was a week after my normal cycle had come & gone. My ob/gyn dr. performed a DNC & a procedure called Novasure Ablation. It slowed/lessened the bleeding but it did not halt it. I am still bleeding. I don't have fibroids. The polyp that they found during the procedure was benign. The bleeding cannot be explained as all of my organs appear healthy. My dr. has advised me to remove my uterus. Right now I can't afford a consultation plus herbs but I would like to know if you have any suggestions. I wasn't sure if the female cleanse would be enough. I had been on the lemonade cleanse for 9 days when the bleeding started but of course the doctors said there wasn't a relationship. I came off of the diet a few days after the bleeding started & changed my diet to fish/seafood only, eating a raw salad at least once a day. Some days I eat no meat at all. My mother has osteoporosis due to her hysterectomy at a young age & she has been diagnosed with lupus as well. She's open to a consultation with you & trying to control her health with herbs & diet change vs. traditional medicine. Unfortunately money is an issue with her as well so she won't be able to use your services until sometime in January. Having said all of that I basically just want a recommendation for what you think might help my situation so that I don't have to succumb to this surgery. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks
Change your diet (go raw foods/vegan: no meat, no dairy products, and no refined grains). 2. Perform TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE (TWC) If you can afford it. 3. If can't afford TWC, take MOON CYCLE FORMULA (6-9 capsules daily) and drink 1 cup of MOON CYCLE TEA.
Q: I have purchased and started your FULL BODY DETOX (FBD) but I need your advice. I'm a so-called diabetic, I'm not overweight 5'9" 140lbs. I've read many of your articles including the one titled "Can I take my medication with FBD?" The first day I started the detox, I didn't take my meds and all I ate was fruits and veggies but my blood sugar was higher than it had been in a long time...356 to be exact. So I stopped and started this week, while taking my meds and it's still been higher than normal...in the 200's range. I understand that you stated that the herbs would be working against the meds since they're considered poisons in the body. My concern is this, I want to continue to cleanse my body but I don't want my blood sugar to stay out of control for an extended period of time...for obvious reasons. My question is, what do you suggest I do in continuing this cleanse? Will the FBD regulate my blood sugar levels over the next 2 weeks as my body begins to repair itself? Or should I continue taking my meds until I'm done with the cleanse? I plan to do the pancreas cleanse next. Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Peace
Like we clearly and unequivocally explain in so many of our articles, the body is and will regulate itself and you will see this via fluctuation. Levels will be up and down and inconsistent. Your body is going to heal in its own way so if you are concerned about high levels for extended periods of time, you may want to take your meds and refrain from taking the herbs until your levels reach a level you feel safe with. You know, religion is not the only thing that requires faith. Healing requires faith too!
