Day 3

Getting into a routine is my focus now. What’s motivating me is seeing the number on the scale go down lol. I won’t lie I’ve been wanting a turkey burger for a month, but I want these fat rolls gone even more. Still no upset stomach or headaches and my skin is clearing up. I could get in a few workouts, but don’t want to push to fast this first week.
