Day 5

I’ve lost 7.2 pounds in 5 days! Still getting used to the program as a lot of foods I don’t eat. My skin is clearer and I’m excited to see what the next 5 days will bring.
I take 2 boot camp classes a week and 2 days of cardio my body is shrinking and that’s all I can ask for.
