Hello everybody! Samantha here with another update on my Detox regimen. Today I woke up an hour late for taking my first set of capsules, so to accommodate for the lapse in time I just adjusted it so everything could fall into place. By me doing that everything worked out perfectly; just everything was pushed back by an hour. Today was also a slow and lazy day for me. I just lounged around all day and just hung out around the house. I did not feel like working out since I’m still sore from the last work out and besides, I needed a brake.

But since today was a lazy day I decided to go online and look up raw food recipes so I can mix it up a bit. There are so many websites that cater to your Detox needs, I’m thinking about making one for my final Detox meal tomorrow. Yes, Saturday will be my last day on the Detox and I feel great. I feel confident enough to take what I learned and experience during this whole Detox into my next faze of life. Before I wasn’t quiet sure on how to go about mixing the two different lifestyles, but now I think I got it. 

I decided to cut out soda and milk from my life. I don’t need them or crave them anymore, so there is no point in me polluting my body with them any more. I’m happy to announce this because I “was” a huge Pepsi and red bull drinker. I would drink it all day long, sometimes I would consume these instead of eating. It was bad, so for me to not crave it anymore that is a huge thing for me; some of you might think that’s nothing but for me it’s something pretty big. I’m happy with that.
