Twelve days and I am now reading and becoming more informed about my next steps. It would be a shame to go so far and then revert back to eating poorly.

I need to go shopping for more foods and varieties. So far I have reduced my weight by 6 lbs. That is great ! I didn’t have to starve and I am healing my body, mind and spirit.

I get compliments on my eyes looking whiter and clear, my face looking more defined, instead of the puffy face I use to have. Still have a journey to get to some goals, but it is great to see myself healing in so many ways. I still have not really been hungry, just sometimes bored in my food choices. But overall I feel great!

8 days to go and I look forward to new and exciting choices……….God Bless
