Today I really feel tired. I must really be detoxing on another level. I didn’t want to get up and get started at all. Did a few must do things and took a nap at 9 am til 10:30 am. Felt much better.

Body is slowing down and I have to respect its right to heal. That is what got me into trouble before, not respecting my body. I have been craving avocados and know that eating too many is not what I need to be doing, even if it is raw. The heat did not make me feel as sluggish as the detoxing. Preparation is still the key for me.

I prepared my nut mix and still can’t keep my family out of the raw. What a blessing. Leading by example, right!

I had bought the best salad greens, and I don’t remember which store they came from. The deep red lettuce and greens were absolutely fabulous! Along with my avocados of course. I also put in red onions, beautiful tomatoes, nuts, and carrots. I seem to have a need some days to crunch more than others. The liquid amino acids is such a wonderful addition too.

Wondering how I will feel on day 20?…………………………..
