Today, was such an exciting day!

I now have a personal trainer to work me out 6 days a week. My mind loves it my body… is rebelling. I started out so well and did not do as bad as I thought I would. I did the Santa Monica stairs one whole time!!!

Believe me, before just going dooooown the stairs was an issue! Having made it back up, as my tongue licked the pavement, I surely walked the distance to a new city! lol! By the time I did get back to the car, I was worked and ready for a rest.

But all praise is due, I did it! And on a whole new level!

I have a wonderful trainer who is very knowledgeable and no nonsense. In other words, we do it HIS WAY!

This is my third detox and I don’t think about the other eating styles and certainly not after working my walking legs like I did today. I can only imagine the pain and unhealthy way I would have felt eating the “All American Diet.” I am sure too, the herbs encouraged such a healthy stimulation in my body. Where the detox ends, the healing begins with these herbs.

This will be truly a ride of excitement and healing and taking myself to the next level!
