I am getting up earlier and earlier. I have always been an early riser but the feeling of health and wellness is so strong. I don’t drag out of bed and I get up and start preparing my foods and meals for my family without a problem.

I weighed myself today and I have rid my self of another 5 pounds since Friday. All because I want to be healthy. My body releases well and I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I don’t have to constantly use the bathroom because my body has adjusted to this amount of water. I will increase my water the warmer it gets too. I was so happy about the weight. Don’t want to get stuck about looks, for me concentrating on health is my first concern.

My body moves with so much more ease. My clothes are fitting differently too. My exercise has increased dramatically in the pace and distance I walk everyday. Yes, I do walk everyday. I enjoy the peace of mind walking gives me, even though I have a treadmill. I will get on that later, hopefully in a few days! Sometimes my energy level is still high and I can feel like I need to rest at the same time. I think it is because I have mental clarity and alertness.

Sure is grand!
