Today was back to work as usual but I couldn’t focus today. Not like usual. I slept all night. Was dead by 7p.m. So, I thought I would have energy today. I couldn’t focus on my usual tasks and my mind kept wandering all day. I made it through the day and went to the gym with my boss. He decided we would lift weights today and did a few machines. It was a good solid hour workout. My arms are sore as I type this but I feel OK.

My appetite lately has been null and void. I forget to eat at times but whenever I remember I make sure I get something in. I have been drinking a lot of water and tea and maybe that’s why I can’t find my appetite. It’s hiding under all that liquid. lol.

Spinach Salad with alfalfa sprouts, Persian cucumbers and raw dressing

Dinner:
Mixed Baby Green Salad with Cucumber Vinaigrette
