NYNY Tanya – Day 31

So I woke up this morning and my eyes were crusted shut. I had mucus coming out of my eyes! It was just the second day lol. I was fine other than my eyes. No coughing or anything. I went to the gym again and did my normal routine. I’m getting a little burned out. I want to go swimming but finding a salt water pool in L.A. is kinda hard. I know they had one at the gym I was going to for a week, Sports Club L.A. but it was too expensive for me to get a membership. I don’t want to do any more damage to my lungs with chlorine and the beach water is pretty gross to me so…I’ll wait.

I have been reading vegan body building websites to see what all is needed as far as exercise and eating patterns go. They are really helpful in explaining why you need to eat 6-8 times a day small portions with a lot of protein to gain muscle and how to implement cardio in your regimen if you want to lose weight also. I recommend at least reading their views on vegan and vegetarian bodybuilding and meal plans and adjusting to what you deem good for you. The knowledge is always good.

Breakfast:
Grapefruit slices
Hemp Protein Shake

Snack:
Raw fruit bar and almonds

Lunch:
Vegan Chili

Dinner:
Small Cucumber Salad

Exercise:
Gym Intervals
