Today was good. Eat well, worked out, took time out for myself at work but the day ended in tragedy. lol. Well at the trainer, I hurt my knee. I notice when we do a lot of Plyometrics, Squats and jumprope I get a slight pain in my knee but today, it felt like someone stabbed me in my knee with a metal fork and left it in my leg. No matter what I did, the pain wouldn’t go away. When I got home I iced my knee and heated it every 15 minutes. Felt like high school basketball all over again lol. This time when I get in shape…I’m staying there.

    Q: My friend was running and heard a pop in his knee. Shortly after, there was tremendous pain and swelling. He also could not extend his leg fully, or bend it backwards past a certain degree.     Q: Today makes day 9 of my FULL BODY DETOX (FBD). This morning I have an outbreak on my hand. I have been practicing telling myself I am Healing, but my job is stressful and yesterday I had a stressful day and this morning the outbreak on my right hand. Could this be part of my healing process? Can you suggest what I can do to alleviate the stress at work so this will not block my healing process of herpes? I am following the diet; however I have been kind of burnt out at times on the salads so I at least eat a salad and a bowl of steamed brown rice and frozen green peas that are steamed for 3 min. Is that considered following the diet?     You have to learn to deal with your stress and stop reacting to it. Your subconscious mind is greatly blocked and therefore you have to realize your healing will come very slow.     Q: My father (age 56 who's between healthy and sick. jogs every morning, but doesn't eat healthy) has pain traveling from knee, back to shoulder, I, myself am very health conscious! but I can't put my finger on this one!     Q: I am on Day 10 of the full body detox. I have had horrible stomach aches (like a punch in the gut), that have kept me up all night, migraines and pimple-like bumps apepar on my scalp (also itch). Now I have welts on my feet, hands and one on my right knee - that are red, swollen and itch. It makes it painful to walk. Is this normal on the detox or an allergic reaction to something? When do you start feeling better because I have felt like crap, with no energy the last 5 days. I have a business trip I must make next week during week 3 of the detox.     Q: For the pass few days I have notice that when I bend my right arm at the elbow there feels like a slight feeling of displacement, if that's what I could call it (it's not bending smoothly like the left arm) there is no pain, I was just wondering what it could be.     Q: I have incorporated fish into my diet because I have been craving. Is moderation okay.... meaning my fruits for breakfast a regular lunch with salad and a salad for dinner okay to pretty much moderate other foods? It is challenging for me to become a vegan.     Q: I am so impressed with your website and the level of great information you provide. The product list is very impressive as well. I have High Blood Pressure and have been on medication for a little over five years. I am 5'8" tall 167lbs. I'm in pretty good shape. I don't understand why I have HBP.
