NYNY Tanya – Day 38

I hurt my knee. It’s constantly in pain after I work out. I still  go through with the workout and try to adjust my stances but once its over, and I stop moving it stiffens up and gives me sharp pains. Its the same leg that swells up a lot. I ice it and heat it when I get home and put icy hot on my knee but … to no avail. I really don’t know what to do. I need this weight off me so I can’t stop exercising. I have noticed my legs have gone down. I can cross my legs now for long periods of time and it doesn’t hurt lol. I am sooooo tired today. I don’t know why but my focus is on this dang knee. I need help.

    Q: My friend was running and heard a pop in his knee. Shortly after, there was tremendous pain and swelling. He also could not extend his leg fully, or bend it backwards past a certain degree.     Q: What do you tell someone that believes that eating meat is better than eating products not made of meat such as wheat pasta, brown rice, etc. My wife eats way too much meat, and she always says that she needs it for the protein.     Q: I know your very busy, but I would be very appreciative if you could help me in any way that you can. I'm 22 with a 7 month old baby, with no support from my family.     Q: Today makes day 9 of my FULL BODY DETOX (FBD). This morning I have an outbreak on my hand. I have been practicing telling myself I am Healing, but my job is stressful and yesterday I had a stressful day and this morning the outbreak on my right hand. Could this be part of my healing process? Can you suggest what I can do to alleviate the stress at work so this will not block my healing process of herpes? I am following the diet; however I have been kind of burnt out at times on the salads so I at least eat a salad and a bowl of steamed brown rice and frozen green peas that are steamed for 3 min.     You have to learn to deal with your stress and stop reacting to it. Your subconscious mind is greatly blocked and therefore you have to realize your healing will come very slow.     Q: I have been off the full body cleanse for about a month, what I have noticed, when I haven't drank the amount of water needed, my anus begins to hurt as if I have heroics, I cannot wipe without having pain. I drink water, it seems all is fine. I ate fried chicken for the first time, in 3 months, and agin notice pain. So, I need the water, but what I explained, does it sounds right.     Q: Hi I am on the 5th day and I had a lunch on today. I ate shrimp spinach salad?does that affect my detox? I feel very bad.

    Q: I have a 13 year Rottweiler who is having a lot of trouble with his hind legs. A couple of weeks ago he slipped and fell, and couldn't walk because he couldn't put any weight on his back legs. I took him to the vet and they did an x-ray that showed that he had 2 herniated discs in his spine which were cutting of the nerves to his back legs. They said surgery is not an option for a dog of that size and age so they gave him a steroid shot and medication to give to him every day, and said if that didn't work I should probably put him down. Luckily the medication worked because he's up and about. His back legs are still a little weak but he does get up and move around pretty decent when he needs to. My question is if any of the pet products you have will help. I know the medication the vet gave is only a temporary solution and the vet told me that this is expected for a big dog at this age, but I would appreciate your input.

    Q: I have incorporated fish into my diet because I have been craving.     Q: I started the full body detox today, and found that I DO NOT like the salad dressing I made with the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I found I could not tolerate it on my salad. What can I do instead? Another question is... I noticed lentils on the food combining chart. Those have to be cooked.     Q: Do you have any suggestions for a breakfast, lunch & dinner schedule? I'm making the transition to a healthier diet due to fibroid tumors.     Q: Hey Gary here are my challenge I'm 43 been trying to lose weight, I start on a program and stop once I don't see any results. I tried the Detox I think I lost about 5 pounds, I work at night and have a part time jobs seeing private patients in the day so my sleep pattern is little maybe I get 4 hrs of sleep I'm having problems getting this weight off.
