Hello all, Today I felt sick all day. Not only was it the start of Red Ribbon Week (my menstrual cycle) I felt nausea all day after I took formula 1. I drank tea all day and had to lay down a few times at work just so I wouldn’t get the urge to vomit. I had hot flashes throughout the day and could not eat like I so wanted to.
Today was my day to go to the gym and I just couldn’t make it. After work I went home to try to take a nap and didn’t awake til the next morning. Maybe that was all that I needed some good ol fashion rest. I don’t take medication for anything not even pain or headaches so I guess sleep is the next best thing.
Tomorrow I will do better.

(it’s a mushroom and raw cocoa drink mix that gives you natural energy and helps with the immune system and heart. Use instead of coffee)
