NYNY Tanya – Day 50

So today I felt a little better. My trip is scheduled for tomorrow, I finished the programs for the funeral and all I have to do is pack. I went to work today and at lunch I picked up Veggie Grill for the office. I love being outside. I needed the drive it was great. After work, I went to the trainer who worked my out hard. I have continued to have slight back pain from some of the exercises we do. He tells me to let him know if I am straining but I guess the saying “No pain No gain” is always stuck in my head.

This evening I went out with a few friends to Rush Lounge not far from my house. It would not have been my first pick but, that is where they wanted to go. I made sure I ate something before I left because that place doesn’t have much health food. Mainly comfort food. Like Truffle and Parmesan fries and 4 cheese Mac’n cheese. I knew if I didn’t eat something before I went…I was a goner. We hung out for a little while which kept my mind off things. I guess the main thing I’m really looking forward to is seeing my mom. It’s been about 6 months or longer and I will be glad to get a big hug from her and talk face to face. Gotta pack!!

Breakfast: Gratefruit Hemp Protein Shake

Snack: Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds

Lunch: Quinoa Salad Mac n’ Cheese (Quinoa Noodles w/ nut cheese)

Dinner: Portabello Mushroom Fajitas Side Salad w/ Habanero Sause
